The customer service is that of a family-owned gas station; they're polite but don't go over the top to provide a memorable customer experience. My favorite reason for going in there? Their $2 cigar boxes! They have a pile of empty cigar boxes stacked near the door, & you can pick from an assortment of styles from traditional cardboard box to unique wooden boxes with hinges & lids, all for $2 each. I've bought several, and use them for all sorts of things, particularly for small item storage.
