Selling fake FLUM vapes - BEWARE EVERYONE! Advertised 2 for $30. The first was a dud and they replaced it. After going home to inspect it, these don't have the normal flavor, the bottom sticker near the charger port is printed with larger letters than normal. The coloring of exterior is a bit off. After each puff it pops a little from the draw and the bottom light stays on for a second which is NOT normal. I threw them both in the trash. Lesson learned! read more

I just need a battery for my Smok. To be fair this place is not much different than most smoke shops in that they will sell you bunk batteries. Last time I didn't pay so much and the battery was fully charged at least. Thanks for the $12 battery with 13% charge. read more

They close at 10pm. I called at 9:55 saying I'm 5 mins away. Just wanted to grab a quick item. Be there at 10 but even though I gave a courtesy call, he refused to wait an extra minute. I mean I can't force or be mad that he refuse to stay an extra minute open for me but there's terrible customers service in my book. I was looking to make a big purchase so he missed out. Reading other reviews, saying that they closed early, made me realize maybe they were already closed up when I called since other reviews said that they be closed at 9pm. Don't waste your time. Go to another shop. read more

Chris is the nicest dude around! Great costumer service. I'll definitely comeback here, and I recommend this place to anybody. Thanks again for your help chris. read more

They sell fake puff bars, don't come here. Anything vape related just go to stay vaped or the smoke shop on the corner of tenth and Santa Clara street. I understand that we're all trying to make money but you should care about your customers enough to sell them an authentic product. read more

I came across this smoke shop while trying to get pizza next door, the owner there jay was very informative on everything he carry's. I would say he cares about the customer and what there looking for. He told me about all different types of papers and vaporizers from high end to low end. Good quality of products as well no faulty stuff. read more

This establishment was next to the RT pizza and went in out of curiosity- just to look at pipes and whatnots. I don,t smoke but i like perusing the very intriguing bongs and pipes. They amaze me. Well...in this place they also sell porns and a small amount of "toys". The movies are old and have funny names to them. The stack of XXX movies was on the right side of the area all the way to the back passed the curtains. I admit I bought one movie and I was disappointed with the low quality audio and video. But what do you expect? It's a smoke shop not a full blown XXX shop. But the nice surprise was pretty cool! It reminds me of a naughty place in Mexico a few summers back . The store is manned by two very helpful latina ladies. read more

Bad service I showed up the guy started helping me As other people comes in, he stops helping me and starts helping them, then he comes back to help me until another person shows up Then he goes helps them again until they leave That went on until I just decided to walk out, I picked up my pizza next door Then I came back and was helped by an Asian guy which was very nice, the other guy (Persian guy) has zero clue on customer relations He has this smirk in his face read more

Yo great ass service man. Came in for a battery charger and appreciated the help. Def will come back again in the future. 12/17/19

It's 21+ with a real id. Sorry I know this upsets people that don't know how to be adults still at this age. Also at all smoke shops FYI All sales are final. With many things in life some people aren't built to understand these things. User error is a big part of the problem. They have a thing called google. Or ask questions first before buying. Just be educated on what you want to be doing or ask to be educated first. Not the fault of the shop. When you drop things or don't know what you're getting into that's called buyer beware. They're always willing to teach/set up and show you and send you on the right path. Peace and love. read more

Walked in...no greet. The staff wasn't too helpful either with giving my friend any suggestions. They had a pretty decent selection on their items. However, the prices aren't good for my wallet to spend anything from here. I would decide to go elsewhere. read more

Decent smoke shop. They have everything you need. Their nitrous prices are good. They give you more screens then you ask for and they are $.10 a piece. Everything else is really pricey though. They do not have grinders for less than $10 and their pipes are also pretty pricey. I like this place for convenience. read more

Excellent selection of quality glassware with sales staff who know their products. Prices are reasonable considering the designs. They could be more helpful with teaching people how to clean their glassware without hawking their expensive products, but then I guess that's how they make money. read more

So i just turned 21. I came in with my friend so SHE could buy a vape (she also just turned 21) i did not have my passport to prove i was 21 (even though i wasn't even buying anything!!!) i was kicked out. As i was waiting for my friend, a man and his daughter who was no more than 12 years old entered, and were not kicked out. Sexist and annoying, was going to come here in the future and purchase the same vape my friend did, but will not anymore even if it's the only store in san jose who has it. also the guy wasn't helpful and ignored us until we came to the counter read more

I have been to this places a few times and I mean it is your average smoke shop. This time I had to stop by to pick up a Christmas gift ha ha. They have a wide selection of products, plenty of "water pipes". The prices aren't to shappy either I picked up a water pipe and a case for about $35 and its a decent piece as well. They also have a mini per icing shop in there. However I dont think Id go there to get a piercing I'm not doubting them getting the job done I just would rather go else where for that. Another item they have in bulk is adult movies. I believe I heard my friends say one of the titles was "She's a squirter" sounds interesting hahaha.. I would go back here if for some reason I needed to purchase smoke shop things. read more

Change in management recently to this short dude who literally has no business common sense, proceeds to upcharge me for flows I was originally getting for 22 to 27.30 then I bought a puff flow that they advertise 1600 puffs at 9:30 I get home it doesnt work and they are closed come the next day he says yea I cant do anything it was working when it came out the box and I told him it wasnt working when it came out and proceeds to just tell me to take it up with puff. All of their products are way over priced go to city rock they provide puffs ten times cheaper with 3x better quality then the china stuff they get at this smoke shop. They are beyond over priced. Do not come here. Also I referred almost 20 people all who have said oh omar brought me here there and that is why I got the discount but since the new guy nothing matters and just acts like he deserves the business, do not do not come here it will be a waste of money! read more

Their customer service has been so good that they made me want to leave a yelp review. Ive been to a good amount of vape shops and this place has been the most friendly and helpful, especially considering I'm new to the vape game. Often times with other shops I've just experienced hella cold attitudes from the employees there. Whenever I've come in here they've taken the time to answer my questions and explain things. When I bought my smok vape here they guided me through everything I need to know. Overall friendly, educated, and chill peeps, love this place! read more

This guy name Chris that work at the store needs to get fired. If I could give this store zero stars I would. I been going to this store for many years. But now because of this guy Chris I would no longer be going there. It's understandable to raise up your price but it's another to hire someone who makes customers feel like they never want to step foot in that store again. I figured smoke shop owner want people in the area to come back again. Seem like you guys are chasing out your customers read more

they sold me a vape juice that was due 1/22/22 but also the guy told me that he could trow the box away and he took the bottle off the box. i should probably sue this people for scamming and unhealthy product they sell. for sure they will have an inspection visit soon!. read more

Close to everything, prices are very fair, nice hours, great selection of everything. Super cool employees too.

The WORST smoke shop EVER!! We bought an expensive hookah from them... But it doesnt work. We tried every possible way to make it work before we said lets go get it exchanged. The staff didnt understand the fact that this hookah was useless. They bought a product for the store without making sure it works. They wouldnt let us exchange it. We were actually going to spend a little more on the new one. Definitely not going back to this place... Oh and don't buy the Mya Hookah from them. It is useless!! read more

I stopped by on my lunch break to pick up some shisha, and the gentleman who helped me was very nice. Very Expensive. Items are not marked with a sales price and the guy behind the counter will just through out very high numbers to you. You will need to counter their initial offer to get a reasonable price. I suggest that you not pay more than 50% of their quoted prices. read more

Do not go here. I bought a very expensive piece and it was defective. The nail and dabber exploded the first time I used it and when I picked it up the pipe broke.
