Selling fake FLUM vapes - BEWARE EVERYONE!…read more Advertised 2 for $30. The first was a dud and they replaced it. After going home to inspect it, these don't have the normal flavor, the bottom sticker near the charger port is printed with larger letters than normal. The coloring of exterior is a bit off. After each puff it pops a little from the draw and the bottom light stays on for a second which is NOT normal. I threw them both in the trash. Lesson learned!

When they moved to The Alameda, I still enjoyed the selection and the staff but I never felt comfortable hanging out in the lounge area. Donna always made me feel welcome in her shop, though. At the latest location, under Craig's ownership, I feel truly welcome and comfortable. It's such a nice store with an impressive selection. Then you add the comfortable outdoor lounge and the spacious indoor lounge and it is like a paradise! We only visit San Jose a few times a year and when we do, we try to find time to enjoy the space. This weekend, we visited on a Saturday. They had my favorite cigar (Tabernacle broadleaf double corona) and my husband and I secured comfortable chairs in the indoor lounge. It was a smaller crowd but just like last time, everyone said hi to us and as new regular customers arrived, they also greeted us. We met some new people, including Craig the owner, and had a lovely time reading (me) and watching sports. You think this place couldn't get any better but wait! They also have a sparkling clean bathroom. I'm already looking for another reason to travel to San Jose.

Dishonest shop…read more They ran out off Juul pods at the smoke shop that I usually go to, so I went here to check. This shop charged much higher than my regular shop for the Juul pods. When I asked why they're more expensive, he proceeded to tell me that these pods are banned and hard to get, which is a lie. I told him that you can get the same pods from 7-11, and he proceeded to tell me again that they're more expensive at 7-11, which again, was a lie. I was at this shop another time before this, and had similar experience. I wouldn't go here if you want to purchase from an honest shop.

SELLS FAKE PUFFS***…read more I went in early today for my first time here and I bought a Mint puff plus for $20. I went to my car, opened it, and it wasn't working whatsoever (no light, no smoke). I went back inside immediately and to switch it out/get a refund but he refused. He insisted that I had switched out the puff with a used one, that I was trying to finagle him! He sold me a faulty puff and did not give me a new one or a refund. He said he couldn't do anything for me that there were NO refunds or returns. I was in disbelief as no smoke shop has denied this request as it's common courtesy when they sold me the fake puff. Don't come here, they know their puffs are fake and won't help you out!

He was speaking about "fucking muslims" and that his "Viking blood makes it hard to see people who look like they aren't even from here hitting women and shit". It wasn't even a passing comment, he continued on this gross rant until I decided to say "Y'know, this isn't the best conversation to be overhearing as I make my purchase". Then he mentioned something to the effect of "That's why I love working here. I can say what I want and they're cool with it". If what he says is true, and Paramount Imports is totally comfortable with their staff going on racist rants on the sales floor, then I am perfectly happy going somewhere else. I am just making this review so that others - particularly any Muslim people - stay away from this place. It's unfortunate, because it's an otherwise cool place.

I trust this place and the quality of products that they provide. For example, their products include: - Smoke items such as the usual pipes, bongs, hookah sets, vaporizers, pax and microvapes It's always nice to come in and look at the different pipes that they sell. They have lots of smoking accessories such as grinders, glass replacement parts, cases - They have a ton of interesting books about marijuana, crystals, drinking games, growing wild mushrooms lol you name it! - Cool cards and tarot reading materials - Lots of posters, tapestries, - Variety of jewelry, crystals, incense, sage, palo Santo, - Mystical statues, toys/gifts - Clothes for all ages ranging from tie dye, sarong, gloves, hats band T's etc I would consider taking someone here for a date if they're into any of the things I listed ^^
