Specially Nadia. She really came through in a big way for me. I have been researching vaping for the last couple of months and when I came across fatcat vape shop, I was very skeptical and hesitant due to the experiences I've been having at other vape shops, but when talking on the phone with John, I realize that this place cares about their customers and had wide knowledge of my questions and that was very impressive to me anyway awesome place if you're interested in transitioning from smoking to vaping these are the people to see they care they'll answer any questions you have and if they don't know, they will find out. They are very much invested in your health and helping you in the best way they can again folks this is a great place to go. Parking is limited but if you look around there is parking available nice atmosphere wide selection of vape smoke products, awesome location and just a great place to get your essentials for vaping again I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vaping shop that cares about there customers and we'll go out of their way to make you walk out of their store with a smile on your face these people were awesome and I can't recommended enough. He was speaking about "fucking muslims" and that his "Viking blood makes it hard to see people who look like they aren't even from here hitting women and shit". It wasn't even a passing comment, he continued on this gross rant until I decided to say "Y'know, this isn't the best conversation to be overhearing as I make my purchase". Then he mentioned something to the effect of "That's why I love working here. I can say what I want and they're cool with it". If what he says is true, and Paramount Imports is totally comfortable with their staff going on racist rants on the sales floor, then I am perfectly happy going somewhere else. I am just making this review so that others - particularly any Muslim people - stay away from this place. It's unfortunate, because it's an otherwise cool place.
