Then my Smok 220 W screen goes blank. I tried to figure out what happened and a quick internet described a common defect. I tried the obvious things like if it was in stealth mode, firmware update etc. All came back negative so I dug deeper into the root cause. A common warranty issue. Went back to Soo Vape and was treated completely different. They were quick to point that I was two months pass their warranty phase and needed to go direct to Smok. As a distributor for their product you should help walk the consumer through the process rather than taking their money and forgetting what customer service is all about. Oh well I should have done my own due diligence on the product before I forked over $150 + accessories to Soo Vape.

The man working the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions. Only drawback was they have a very limited selection. But was told they should be moving to a new location in Hoxie by the first of next month, with a larger store space and much larger inventory. They were unable to process card payments the day I stopped in. Hopefully they get that updated. Worth the time to stop in rather than driving to Jonesboro.
