Then my Smok 220 W screen goes blank. I tried to figure out what happened and a quick internet described a common defect. I tried the obvious things like if it was in stealth mode, firmware update etc. All came back negative so I dug deeper into the root cause. A common warranty issue. Went back to Soo Vape and was treated completely different. They were quick to point that I was two months pass their warranty phase and needed to go direct to Smok. As a distributor for their product you should help walk the consumer through the process rather than taking their money and forgetting what customer service is all about. Oh well I should have done my own due diligence on the product before I forked over $150 + accessories to Soo Vape.

I took it back, and the owner replaced it. Within a week, the second unit stopped working. At the time, I was without a car, 22 miles away. I spoke with the owner and she acted like it wasn't her problem. A few months have passed and I popped into the store to see if they could make it work. A gentleman looked at it for a few minutes. He put a new coil in it in case the coil I had tried was defective. It wouldn't work and he informed me that it was the tank. He wanted $35 for a replacement tank. This thing had less than ten hours of vaping on it. Then he said he wouldn't charge me for the coil he used to test it. That was nice of him. They have great juice there and the store is very nice. I wouldn't buy any equipment from them though because it might be fake or seconds or something. I can't think of any other reason why they wouldn't have offered to reach out to the manufacturer on behalf of their customer.
