She is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered in my life. To think she is representing a business dependent upon customers is mind boggling. I am no youngster and I can tell you honestly that I have never been treated as poorly as a customer in any business as I was by that "woman". I have spent quite a bit of money on cigars at that place through the years. My wife and I go to Gettysburg a lot and sometimes we've even taken the long way home from other places we have visited just so we could stop at that cigar store. Well, they lost a customer and I'm not sure they care. Something is seriously wrong when a business who is essentially asking people to shell out their hard earned money to patronize their establishment feels that it is acceptable to treat customers the way that miserable woman does. Just awful.

I should be a well known customer…read moresince I have bought cigarettes here since we have lived here spending at least $17 a day and had a customer service rep accuse my 7 year old autistic child of stealing a 25 cent piece of candy. She said repeatedly she was going to call the police on him even though all he had done was pick the candy up (which they conveniently have right at the register) and even after I had paid for it continued to berate us. Some people don't really need to be working in the customer service industry. I am only giving this establishment 2 stars because I like the red haired lady who was actually assisting me. If you go in to this store and happen to see a thin gray/blond older lady hit the hills unless you want to be treated like you are the the scum of the earth.
