Literally went in and had the worst customer service I've ever had in a cigar lounge ever walked in, asking for a specific type of cigar and saying that it was on my account to then be greeted with a rude attitude. By some goofball. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cigars because I am just now starting to learn and experience cigars and pairing them with specific drinks of choice so if I come in seeking a little assistance from someone who operates a business based solely on cigars, I would expect someone to show a little bit of excitement or maybe a small amount of interest in one of their clients rather than throwing a fit and having an attitude Absolutely the worst service I've ever received read more

I came into the Smoke Inn last week to my my uncle cigars for his birthday. All I know was that he smoked Davidoff cigars. Boy was I amazed at the huge variety that they had in a special cabinet. Glenn the manager introduced himself and took the time to explain the different strengths and sizes in all of the varieties. He never got the least bit annoyed at all of my silly questions. Needless to say my uncle loved his Davidoffs, and now has a new favorite place to buy them. Great shop and thanks!!! read more

This place has a great selection of major brands (Fuente, Rocky Patel, My Father, Alec Bradley, CAO) and a well kept humidor. Many of their cigars have a good bloom on them (check out the Diamond Crown Maximus, Fonseca Cubana Limitada & Comacho Triple Maduro for a treat). You can occasionally find the odd rarity (Tatuaje Anarchy, Fuente 8-5-8 Candella & Diamond Crown Julius Caesar). They have a few specialty cigars made for them by major makers; these are average at best. The biggest let down is their lack of premium brands (Angelenos, Sencillo, Hammer + Sickle, Davidoff, Dunhill, Tatuaje Avion & Don Carlos, Illusione's Maduro or Candella). The guys in the 'lounge' area are kinda quite and uninviting. All of the guys who here are friendly and are fairly knowledgeable. For the price and the selection it's certainly worth checking out. I like the place for the everyday brands they carry and the service. read more

Once again I'm sitting and enjoying one of my favorite cigars , Jamie Garcia by My Father cigars with the Master tobbacconist , Glenn Wojtusiak. Today I met the owner Abe who was surveying the humidor making sure all is right with beautiful sticks! I always have a great time here. The atmosphere and the crowd here is welcoming. read more

When Glenn the wonderful funny and knowledgeable Manager gets transferred for evaluation from a prison farm to the smoke inn mental institution, he assumes it will be a less restrictive environment. But the owner runs the psychiatric store with an iron fist, keeping his customer patients cowed through abuse, medication and sessions of electroconvulsive therapy repeating car shows and listening to the same stories on an endless loop of repetition The battle of Glens sanity between the moronic regulars and the reality soon affects all the tobacco stores regular 'patients. The Smoke Inn Tequesta is a great local cigar shop with more! The selection is great and Glenn the store manager is always happy to help. The regular group of guys can solve all the worlds problems. I recommend stopping by any time. read more

This place is more of a smoking den than a retail shop. The thick haze of stale smoke prevented me from scenting the subtle aromatics of finer products. The manager is not very helpful unless you are purchasing expensive cigars. I will certainly not return. read more
