Ive known the owner of the shop thru out many of his shops and hes always been a great guy to talk to,ni came in wanting to make a small purchase, but DID need a new box mod and tank set up. I looked at them all and eventually purchased the Council of Vapor (great company) Mini Volt set up for 70$. Now, its just what they said, works fantastic, and i like having it. BUUUUT i shouldve waited... 70 and they wouldnt budge or make it a lil cheaper, but when i got home to Rosa I found that same set up is regularly around 35-40$... and it was on the cheaper side of everything there... yeah, shop around a lil guys. I went to Smoke Depot the other day some vape juice and was very surprised at how good the place looks! It's a major step up from the previous store that was in spot. Of course the previous store only sold cigarettes so I was not sure about going in. This is a cool spot though. Had plenty of choices for vaping and of course "tobacco use only" products. I saw another review expressing the same sentiment. This place is unimaginably corrupt. We can start with price, every time you go in, it's different. If you don't speak up, they will continually raise it. One day it was $21, the following week it is $27. Let us move on to the staff, they do not have any idea about how vaping works. By that I mean they have zero idea of how electrical devices work, they also do not have the ability to run down a product description and explain what the more esoteric words mean and how they apply. I have heard a number of times an employee giving false advice to a customer. Remember to keep this in context, we are talking about potentially dangerous stuff that if treated or cared for incorrectly can result in great bodily harm. Up next, honesty and ethics. They are in very short supply of both. The rewards program you use with them, changes on a whim. One day it doesn't cover atomizers, the next it covers atomizers but not juice. The most egregious and disgustingly reprehensible thing I came across, was being shorted numerous times on the rewards stuff. You go in, they say you get a point for every dollar spent. So you spend $64.33 and put it on your rewards number. But when you go to check it out, they have only credited your account 23 points. When you bring it to attention, it doesn't cover batteries, this time. Next time you spend $46.78 and use your rewards card, they give you 16 points. This time batteries are covered but dessert flavor juice is not. I actually had the owner tell me that the profit margin in this business isn't good enough so he has to charge much more to make it worth his while. I am mostly telling you about this for the safety aspect. I had a friend a while back get bad advice from a shop and his mod caught fire while driving on the freeway. Please checkout whatever advice or wisdom they give you, it can be hit and miss. Definitely towards the miss. read more

Terrible service,owners are shady All the inventory is marked up close to 100% if not more. Most products are knock off, cheap garbage, or just plain overpriced. Owners just try and upsell crap to make a few extra bucks, or get rid of garbage products that wont move off thw shelves. They lie about their e-juice and often will try to sell you expired juice to get rid of it amd still make money instead of throwing it out. Daniel is always very helpful, as is the blonde girl, i forgot her name but they're the only useful employees there. I'll save myself the trouble from now on and go to Mighty Quinn. read more

Best Smoke shop in town!!! Alex & Conrad gave me & my brother great customer service. I got my AMG glass from here. I love my AMG Glass!! So the reason for our visit was because my sister broke my brothers AMG Glass!! So we had him meet us there!! He had no idea that he was coming to the smoke shop to pick out a new piece! He ended up find a dab rig instead. Alex hooked him up with a sweet deal that he couldn't pass up. When we all got back to the house. We spotted a very small crack inside the piece so we went back. My brother exchanged it for the other one just a different color. He was soooo happy with it but when he was about to use he noticed the glasses wasn't smooth all the way around so we went back again and Alex gave us our money back. We will return because Alex is is the best and he could have just gave use store credit didn't he didn't he understood. I love this place. By far the best selection of eJuice is in Petaluma. Due to the high volume sometimes there are out over particular liquid but at least it's not sitting on the shelf in the product is fresh. Joey is very knowledgeable and makes very good suggestions every time I'm in there to try something you. From tobacco flavors to desserts , cereal and cream based flavors they have it all. definitely this is a destination for juices. They always have batteries in coils available as well. read more
