When I first started vaping to get off cigarettes, no other store answered my questions so patiently. The prices are great, they regularly run discounts, and they have a good rewards program. The selection is huge and could be overwhelming, but it's very well organized so finding what I'm looking for is easy. Thanks so much, y'all!

It was pretty strong but we shrugged it off thinking maybe it was due to the delta products or something. But on top of that the young Hispanic man behind the counter lazily got to his feet and with. Reddened eyes nodded at us with a slow greeting of ",,what's up?" . I felt it was extremely unprofessional and it added up to my wife and I what was going on at this store. We kept quiet still and began to browse but I swear this man was so lazy and unhelpful that we both were beginning to get extremely irritated but still kept a smile and nice mannerisms. I started to ask for the manager but we just decided to high tail it outta there before something happened and we got busted right along with this man by guilty by association. Don't ever go there it's not worth the risk nor the TERRIBLE service!!!!!!!!! I don't understand how they stay in business really. Are they all like this? I've seen them in allot of places around tx. Why is customer service so damn terrible these days.

This is such a safe space and the people who work there are so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm grateful that this was my first experience with the community, I was never embarrassed or felt uncomfortable asking questions or about reviews. I felt safe, it was clean and brightly lit , comfortable, and still years later rave about this place!! It's HUGE and has the best inventory. You can find anything or ask the workers and they will find it for you. Yes the entrance and area and initial entrance room makes you think twice but then you open to door to a literal candy store. Needless to say i will be back to this store! I LOVE OPENMINDS!!
