This is where we found Cowan Supply. They contacted the Gerber representative and asked for the measurements and photos of our toilet. I went to pick up the lid when it arrived, but when I got it home, it wouldn't fit. This was the lid that the Gerber representative had recommended as a fit. Cowan contacted the Gerber representative and there was a slow response to our request. Because of the inconvenience and long wait time, Cowan Supply negotiated with Gerber on our behalf to get us a new and free toilet replacement delivered to our home, and refunded us for the lid! We were so pleased with their customer-focused response. This company cares about its reputation, and I could not recommend them more highly. If things go wrong, they make amends. We will do business with them in the future. Special thanks to Andy at Cowan!
