If I were Priyesh Pomal I would fire this jerk and I would also have my employees take a fat sharpie to the shipping labels with the store owner's name on them. These are both examples of poor information security. They have recently changed their loyalty rewards system but customers still need to give their phone number out loud - yet another example of poor data security practice. They have a new paym system and it should be set up To allow customers to punch in their number. The regular weekday manager is fantastic and she always takes great care of her customers. I called the store to verify that they indeed had what I was looking for and they did. I arrived and was met with a kind attitude by the associate and I purchased my items. He also alerted me that the items I was purchasing were about to be on back order, so if I needed them, now was the time to get as many as I could, which I appreciated that knowledge.
