I like that they sell Humble brand juice for 25 a 120 ml bottle. They have a huge selection of cigars and rolling papers, almost any flavor you can think of and than some you probably wouldnt. Their glass selection isnt extraordinary but it is nice and the quality makes up for abundance of products. I recommend this place to anyone in the norfolk area that needs some cigars, papers vape juice or a new glass piece.

Hello I had a super…read moreexperience yesterday. I've been in several times but yesterday I made my first guitar purchase. Previously I have bought a compressor and some other things. But yesterday I made my very first purchase of a high quality instrument. I've been in guitar stores across the country. Alpha Music is a well led and helpful environment. No one looks down at older music fans who can't play well enough to warrant a high end instrument. I think I read the service people are not on commission. Even if so they are attentive and knowledgeable about the product. I initially thought I was going for a guitar around $1800. When I asked for the next one on my list he gently pointed out it was at a different price point. I appreciated that very much. I could buy a few but he wouldn't know and more importantly he was very polite and had no derision about it. At " the other store" the sales people are rude and pushy. In the end I bought a higher end instrument that was third on my list. I'd been researching and knew what I was going to look at. Thank you to everyone who has assisted me in all my visits. I ordered the philly cheesesteak with a side of ranch. I walked in and the whole place is a vibe. Even the customers in line with me were smiling and friendly. The staff was great and welcoming. The prices are soooo much better than any of the other local places I've tried. My cheesesteak was awesome- tasty and a good size. If I had a longer lunch break I'd dine-in because the place is this adorable diner-style place and clearly has a solid history in the community. I had plenty of pennies but nope, they round up no matter what. I don't think that is very fair business. Others I have gone to knock the price down to the lowest non penny denominator. They do have a very nice "fountain" with delicious limeade and some cool items for those who want to shop there. UPDATE!!! Randi from Irwin's actually called me moments after I posted the review. She explained they did in fact round up when they should have rounded down. Therefore I have changed my stars and am very impressed that they called asap and offered to reimburse the change.
