Actually my stepdad, my mom and myself have been coming here since 2007. I know that I have spent thousands of dollars from this place and I've never haggled or complained about their prices. I purchased 2 disposable vapes from here and once I finally opened them (approximately 1-2 weeks), both vapes were duds. Malfunctioning and would not draw any vapor. It still shows 100% on the screen for both flavor and power. There are defective. All I asked for was an exchange and I was laughed at, mocked and ridiculed. I will never spend another dollar in this store. No respect and zero customer service. I can't believe I spent my hard earned money for vapes that don't even work. I'm reporting this business for their sales of defective products.

And not just for smoker's of any type, Zee has a variety of other products that customers can't find elsewhere. Eli the store owner has a policy that's like this, if he doesn't have it; then he'll get it & for a better price than anyone else! There's several smoke shops in the area, but none can match Zee!! Plus, customers are treated like family, even law enforcement trust's Zee to have what they need. Such as Vapes, no one has a larger selection than Zee. Personally, I'll go the extra distance to shop at Zee. Oh, by the way, business is so good, that a new location is being opened in San Bernardino. There's always a crowd at Zee, because everyone that has tried them is recommending Zee to everyone they know. Oh, I almost forgot, their hours of operation are far better than all other smoke shops.

I spoke up by saying that his behavior was very rude. He waved his hand at me and said it would only take a minute to instruct his employee. At the same time, I could hear the clerk murmuring that the man was his boss. To which I squealed, "That is even worse! Interrupting a customer, in the middle of a sales transaction, by talking over the customer, is bad customer relations!" The man gave us a disgusted look and vanished. The clerk sheepishly tried to apologize. I stopped him by stating that he did nothing wrong. He had to obey his boss. His boss is rude, arrogant and racist. We've shopped at Rodeo since they opened. We're happy to go elsewhere.
