It's still the same place but under a new name and New Management since Habib either got fired or arrested with his p*** and hitting on everyone's girlfriend and racial slurs. So now there's a lady there of the same origin still inflated prices of cheap Chinese garbage. At least the customers don't have to hear the audio of p*** anymore. But also that area of town is not to savory for my taste. Each time I come outside I got someone running up to me asking me for the change that I got back and even when you tell him you don't got no change or you didn't buy nothing they don't believe you cuz they see you're driving a nice car. I've even had people come up and knock on the windows like they're in distress and then I roll it down a quarter way and they start telling me they need to hold a couple dollars and and they'll give it back real quick. For some reason they only call people yo and that means they don't know you but they want to ask you for money. read more

Not sure who was working there when all the bad reviews happened. But the current guy is very nice. Always has my lulo available and if he is running low he'll give a all discount. read more

Yeah, don't bother going in here. Bad selection, costumed service sucks, the cashier was watching porn on his phone when I tried asking him questions. You got perverts here Just look at the reviews, the good reviews are from underage girls who got free stuff from the guy. read more

No customer service. Clerk kept returning to back room, never got off the phone. Prices outrageous. 6 cones $4.99+. Cumberland Farms $2.22.

This guy...probably the biggest asshole on two feet! He claimed Aerospaced was a fake brand of grinder and tried to charge me $59.99 for a flat grinder with no catcher by "Sharpstone" but, it was sun bleached and oddly colored. Unlike any Sharpstone I've ever seen. He's rude and obnoxious. Not to mention that he is a straight up pig. I will continue to go to Slow Puffs and Stuff in Middletown where they have ALL name brand official shit. This guy really pissed me off... read more

Something shady going on. He said my card was declined but I was charged twice. I think he did it on purpose because he threw away the first receipt. 90% sure and BE CAREFUL! read more

I love the owner of Smoke 911, he has me coming back again and again. Not only does he always give me a great deal on whatever I am in the market for -- did I mention that he has everything -- he also has given me two gifts over the years: a keychain and a pair of earrings. Thank you Smoke 911 for staying consistent! read more

This place is pretty dope. The dude that owns this place (mike) is chill and if you're underage he prolly won't card you unless there's a bunch of other people in there. If he really likes you he'll ask you to smoke hookah in the back room and if you're lucky he'll give you some free shit. Prices are fair and there's a good amount of everything you need in there. Shouldn't be a disappointed read more

The clerk, presumably the owner, hovered over my partner and me while we were looking at the vape equipment in the cases. It made us very uncomfortable. There were other customers in the store, so why would he ignore them to watch us? What was different about us is that we're trans lesbians, so it makes me wonder. He barely speaks nor understands English and knows nothing about the products he sells. It takes forever to get anything because telling him the brand and variety of the product and even pointing to it results in being handed the wrong item from the case several times consecutively. Their vape equipment is low quality and overpriced. We bought a tank for $10 with coils that wouldn't fire even on the batteries from the same manufacturer, and leaked into my battery. We bought e-juice there and it wouldn't even wick into the coils in the tanks that they sold us there, so our wicks and coils just burned, costing us money on cleaning and replacing them. The photo posted by the owner isn't even of this store. It's Highlife Smoke Shop in Asheville, NC. Posting a photo of someone else's store and claiming it's yours is false advertising and fraud under Connecticut General Statutes Sec. 42-110b-18(a). The "Vape Department" logo belongs to another store, too. We have been there twice because we have no transportation to get to another place for our vape supplies, but now we're ordering from online shops instead because this place is worse than going without vaping for a week while we wait for shipping. My advice is to avoid this place and go to a specialty vape shop if you can; otherwise, shop online. read more

Guy seems pretty cool , he overcharged me a few times . I don't think it was on purpose but check your receipt before you leave .. always .

The clerk was friendly and somewhat helpful, although he wasn't an expert on vape supplies, but neither am I. He was nice enough to include a free charger, which I thought was a nice gesture. After some research online, I realized the product I purchased was a few dollars more than suggested retail price. As far as I know, this is the only vape shop in the area that is open til 11pm. read more

I just walked there to buy some tobacco and tubes. At 946pm, they were closed already, but the hours on the window say they are open until 10 pm. read more
