He was slamming things around including the pen he handed me and acted like helping customers was a burden. Also, the coupon they advertise is misleading. It doesn't include all the hidden fees. I ended up paying $42 for a basic smog check, which is way more than what other shops charge and without the attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that's upfront, professional, and treats customers with basic respect!!!

I love the friendly service here over all others & the early bird drop off has helped so much when my work schedule keeps me from a weekend service. They are a very understanding establishment that calls you directly if they become aware of any concerns with your vehicle. The location is between car dealerships on ynez & you could stay in the lobby while you wait on vehicle to be serviced or walk/uber to the mall to wait. They are efficient & quick with services like oil changes/smog checks. I used to purchase tires here, but I am not sure if this is something they still provide since I haven't needed tires recently. This guy is a rip off. I brought in my Kia Soul..it passed and after I left, I realized I paid $70! The price on the board was $49.99. I called when I got home and asked how much it is to smog a car. He said $49.99. I noticed on the paperwork that he charged me for a truck. I asked why and he said my car is a truck!!! It's a compact car!! So he argued with me, tried to convince me that my Kia Soul was a truck and then finally told me to come back and get my $10 back. Jerk.
