He charged me almost $1100. I picked it up the next day and almost immediately the check engine light came on. I immediately texted him he said bring it back in the morning since he was closing. I brought it back the next day and he said it was a hose that was loose (he had broken a few and had glued them back on while fixing my car instead of replacing them). I left and went home and within 30 miles of driving it that night it came back on. I texted him and he said bring it back tomorrow. The morning I was supposed to bring it back he asked that I wait and bring it back on Monday. I dropped my car off on Monday 9/28 and he said it was the knock sensor which was originally on the paperwork as something wrong with my car and that he didn't want to fix it and have me spend money if I didn't need to it. Everyday he had an excuse as to why I couldn't pick my car up Finally on 10/6 he said I would be able to pick my car up on Friday. Then on Friday I received a message that it would not be ready. I texted him and asked him when it would be ready and what the price would be he said Sunday and $380 at this point I called him because both times he said he would be taking care of me and I felt after having my car for this long this wasn't taking care of me. He agreed to fix my car for free and then on Monday I get a call from his secretary telling me it would be additional $1,000 and that the part cost $700. I told her I would not be paying anything after Carlos had already agreed to fix it for free due to the inconvenience of keeping my car for almost 3 weeks. I let her know I had also called around and found out the parts were not $700 and were in fact $40 with rush shipping and the previous parts that they charged me almost $800 or $900 for in fact less than $400 and they did not take care of me like Carlos said and the labor he said was 4 hours was in fact less than 2 hours according tire works so they were in fact over charging me for EVERYTHING NOT TAKING CARE OF ME. UNLESS TAKING CARE OF ME IS RIPPING ME OFF. I let her know if Carlos did not fix my vehicle or return my money I would be taking them to court. She then texted me back stating if I bought the part Carlos would put it on. I bought the part reluctantly and took it down there. When I picked my car up today 9/15. My car has paint damage on the hood, had been driven enough to use 1/2 tank of gas, the front rim was damage, my car went in there clean and came out filthy dirty with splatter marks of stuff all up the side like they were driving it, the paperwork he gave me to document what he did to my car and all the codes that were wrong with it when I originally took it in was in the backseat and is now missing but is business card with the paperclip was left in the floorboard of the backseat, along with everything else that was in my backseat. I would not recommend this company ever. In fact I will be filing a small claims against immediately.

As of now, this is my review while repairs are still in progress. My vehicle has been in the shop…read morefor nearly three weeks for what was a relatively minor accident, yet the auto body shop is billing insurance over $12,000 for the repairs (see photos). Progressive listed this shop as one of the faster repair options, which has not been my experience. This will likely need to be disputed. After my car was towed on 12/16, I received no updates. On January 5th, I had to call for a status update. After several unanswered calls, I was routed to a voicemail for someone named Karla, which did not sound professional. During that call, the representative mentioned the shop was only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and that repairs were otherwise in progress on all remaining business days. Based on that information, I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a couple more days," with an estimated completion date of January 9th. Today, I received another call informing me that the wrong-sized parts were ordered, which has now extended the timeline again--pushing completion to Monday, assuming the installation goes smoothly. The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I will update this review depending on how much longer the repairs take and may need to contact my insurance to request the vehicle be moved to another shop due to ongoing delays and poor communication. Let mention, the chuckle from the rep at the end of the call did not sit well with me.
