I called the insurance no response then called an attorney for help Chad Golightly, they send someone to help me the next day took pictures order me some treatment for the pain. Then in September the Geico adjuster called me and informed me they had a shop who was supposed to fix my car damage. Unfortunately they took it apart marked the car and put it back together and charge the insurance company claiming they had fixed the damages ( Gerber Auto Collision). I had called the attorney asking what is happening my car is not fixed it's almost a year now since this happened he informed me that the insurance had close the repairs because Gerber had fixed it which was a lie !! My bumper was falling and it holds my license plate so it's important to get it fix. I'm not asking for anything extra just get my car fixed during this time I had stopped at Auto Masters Collision, and Grecia took care of us and made a report and also provided me with a free estimate for the repairs. Finally my attorney called me and mentioned this too the insurance and they finally approved for me to take it were I wanted too get it fix. They took it in and order the parts and now I finally have my old new car back looks amazing thanks too this Masters Auto Collision workers !! Highly recommend this shop for any body repairs and more. Will definitely come back if we need any more work done for all our cars.

After reading the reviews, we knew this was the place to go - and I'm so THANKFUL we did! Carlos provided a solution for us quickly and was really courteous and professional. His entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for, and we understood immediately that this company genuinely lives up to its name. FAMILY! Not only did they fix our door right away, but they also assisted us to get back on the road so we could safely return home to our family. The best thing was that they DID NOT take advantage of our need for a rapid repair. It took less than an hour, and the pricing was perfectly reasonable. Theresa was also very nice and welcoming! She made us feel at ease at their office and even provided us refreshments as we waited. There were no hidden fees, and they did not try to defraud us or add needless charges, as we have seen at other auto shops. Before we paid, we were given a detailed breakdown of the total cost. If there's one thing I can say, it's..... TO GO HERE! You can anticipate quality, excellence, professionalism, and true customer satisfaction! We are grateful for Carlos, Theresa, and the entire staff for taking such fantastic care of us and ensuring our safe return home. Thank you for treating us like family!

I recently moved to Las Vegas and unfortunately had my car hit while parked in a garage. Since I…read morewas new to the area, I found this shop through Google, and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, they took care of everything: arranging the tow, dealing with the insurance company, keeping me updated, and making sure my car was repaired with OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts, which was very important to me. Theresa and Carlos were both great and incredibly friendly. Theresa especially took care of me as if I were one of her own, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring. When my car was ready, they even sent an Uber to pick me up. The repair came out amazing, my car looked brand new again! Great service, great communication, and quality work from a family-owned business. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area!

I am completely disappointed with this service. I have no complaints about the girls at the front…read moredesk, but I do have many complaints about everything else. I brought my car in after an accident. The repairs were supposed to be simple body work: replacing the headlight, bumper, and fender. They kept my car for more than a month. At first, I was given one price, but after they took the car apart, the price suddenly increased by another $900. I agreed to it anyway. After I got the car back, serious problems started. They pulled my car out of the garage while it was running, and I noticed that the backup camera stayed on and would not turn off. Then I shut the car off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all. They told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed and bought a new battery from them. That "new" battery died the very same evening after I got home. That immediately seemed suspicious to me. When I started messaging them about the problem, my messages were ignored. I had to call an electrician/mechanic myself. He was shocked by the condition of the car they sent me home in. It turned out the battery was never the issue. My power control module and wiring were burned. According to the electrician, this could have happened because the positive and negative terminals may have been connected incorrectly while charging the battery. On top of that, my fuel consumption increased significantly after their repairs. They literally sent me home driving a car with exposed wires and damaged electrical wiring, which is extremely dangerous. I will attach photos so people can see the condition they sent my car home in. I will never come back to this shop again and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

As of now, this is my review while repairs are still in progress. My vehicle has been in the shop…read morefor nearly three weeks for what was a relatively minor accident, yet the auto body shop is billing insurance over $12,000 for the repairs (see photos). Progressive listed this shop as one of the faster repair options, which has not been my experience. This will likely need to be disputed. After my car was towed on 12/16, I received no updates. On January 5th, I had to call for a status update. After several unanswered calls, I was routed to a voicemail for someone named Karla, which did not sound professional. During that call, the representative mentioned the shop was only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and that repairs were otherwise in progress on all remaining business days. Based on that information, I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a couple more days," with an estimated completion date of January 9th. Today, I received another call informing me that the wrong-sized parts were ordered, which has now extended the timeline again--pushing completion to Monday, assuming the installation goes smoothly. The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I will update this review depending on how much longer the repairs take and may need to contact my insurance to request the vehicle be moved to another shop due to ongoing delays and poor communication. Let mention, the chuckle from the rep at the end of the call did not sit well with me.
