On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. Then I get lied to by their "manager" saying they stop making that model. Which sounded funny to me because two months prior. I bought one tire from Walmart, but I waited, checked his answer and it was bald faced lie. The next day I was out doing some errands in the morning and when I came back to park, one of the other residents informed me, I had something to hang out the back of my car I looked and the diffuser was 3/4 away off hanging down which I ended up having to snap it off and put it in the trunk because it was attached to the light for the license plate so I went back Monday told him about it and told them hey I would even be a willing to overlook the tires if you just fix this, so the guy tells me he's going to speak to the manager manager never comes out and then he continues to say that I probably hit something or but why on me said that they never touched that when they repaired it which on the paperwork, it specifically said, drop the bumper rear bumper cover, and the diffuser snapped into that so again another lie, they never fixed either problem or even attempted to fix the problem. They are a shady janky place in my opinion. So in the end due to their dishonesty and trying to cut curves and make a buck which they did, I was stuck with three different tires three different brand and a rear diffuser never got fixed, but that's OK because I'm gonna take care of it in court and allow my lawyer to handle it. I should've known from the beginning. I was feeling with travelers insurance, which should've been a red flag, but I figured easy easy thing to do no problem man I make a mistake by going to their recommended facility. I should've chosen one myself researching and chosen a good reliable company so just a fair warning you're gonna be lied to a manipulated and laughed at behind your back. These people are just dirtbags. Theydon't know what they're doing, correction they do know what they're doing. They're underhanded and ripping people off just as they ripped me off, but I'll get that money back. Stay away from them, get somebody who is more professional who's honest & stands behind their word.

I was quoted a 10-day turnaround after paying a little over $600 upfront. After taking my deposit, Rick told me my vehicle was somehow unique and that he had ordered the wrong parts--even though he had my VIN from the beginning. This delayed the repair, and ultimately he stopped following through on the job altogether. I tried to be patient and even offered to work with him on a revised plan. He assured me he would "take care of me" and possibly help with some smaller repairs instead, but after making those promises he effectively stopped responding and missed deadlines. It's now been nearly two months, the work was never completed, and I am out over $600. I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company because I was unable to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, the pricing may seem attractive, but the follow-through was not there. I would recommend being cautious before paying a deposit with this vendor.
