Talked with the estimator, Jeff, and he was not very nice. Blamed not coming to do the estimate on me, for not calling the office to reconfirm, which he didn't mention in the message I should do. After a less than friendly interaction with him, and being told I was difficult, I told Jeff that I would no longer need an estimate from AllPro Painters. I guess they can afford to lose "difficult" potential customers.

The price he quoted was very reasonable and lower than a previous quote I received from another company. We have had a chronic leak in our roof (when we get a hard rain) over the past 8 years. It has resulted in extensive ceiling damage. We have had three repair companies attempt to fix the problem over the past eight years, but to no avail. There were a couple of vents that needed to be added to exhaust the roof. He mentioned the situation (no roof vents) but did not try to upsell me on them.
