When we arrived, no one greeted us or sat us down. A staff that was cooking addressed us and told…read moreus to sit down. Once we sat, the waitress came over to us and asked us what we were going to drink. We got up and went to the Buffett area. Some pizzas were kind of old. The cheese had hard ended up on some. But, the pizza of the month, chicken queso pizza, was really good. The taco pizza was super good too. Pepperoni and cheese were normal. The had a decent salad section. You could also order from their menu and get subs and stuff. But, we didn't. Since I had gotten there with my family at about 1PM (it's 1:47PM), no one had entered or even gone to check on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I had to wipe down the toilet with soap and water because I just couldn't hold it anymore. If you zoom in there's soap on the floor right underneath the dispenser bit isn't leaking but, the staff could clean it up. There's toilet paper all over the floor. The food tasted good but, I don't know if I should've eaten it because there were so many house flies flying around... I had to keep swatting them away. The tables were a little dirty and my side of the table we sat at was greasy or oily. As if it was only wiped down with a wet rag and no cleaning solution. I bring this up because I've worked in the restaurant industry and I had a very high standard for cleanliness and customer service. And even with just holding minimum expectations,... this was not ok. The place could use a touch up but, that's more of a preference and has nothing to do with the food or service. I suggest just try it for yourself. Might not come back honestly. I'd rather go to The Pizza Station right across the bridge in West Virginia in St. Marys.

We had just bought a new home and decided to literally move in on Christmas Day after the morning festivities with family. But alas, there was no groceries, no stores open, no cookware unpacked. We'll get takeout! But who could be open on this day? Well Napoli's was open! And they saved the day that Christmas, with their pizza and wings and sodas. A happy family we were that snowy Christmas Day! Years would pass and we would forget what Napoli's had done for our family that "Christmas Carol" Christmas. And then we would come back to their doorstep, just as we had done so many years ago. And it was marvelous just as we had remembered. Unfortunately, Napoli's could never compete among the many competitors in the Marietta area when the others were open. But they were there when the others were not. And for that, I could not give them less than 3 stars. Thank you Napoli's.

There's a line of different pizzas and food that's already prepared and ready to serve if you don't want it made fresh in the back-FYI Try there's strawberries and cream they're delicious! The place has lots of friendly staff ( very relaxed, a little on the loud banter between the coworkers talking and cutting up with each other and even a beer was popped open and drunk behind the open register / food line area which was a bit surprising and a little off putting but not a huge deal since food was made fresh and fast and tasted good and not to mention it was close to closing time.) Yes, definitely 4 stars instead of 5 due mostly because of the gnats in the restroom and a little bit because of the beer drinking "before quitting time and in front of customers ".
