Creemees are excellent and the portions are great. Service is always friendly. Price is right also.

It looked cute, so I was glad to sample some of their offerings. From what I can gather, Kem CoBa specializes in specialty ice cream and sorbet flavors, though they also have a small selection of pastries as well. Specifically, they have unique flavor combinations that I had not seen elsewhere. We did not get to choose our flavor during our visit, which was okay as we got one that was quite tasty: raspberry lychee swirled with rose. I was a little hesitant about the rose at first but it wasn't overly floral and paired well with the sweetness of the raspberry. The ice cream was soft serve, and was super smooth. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with Kem CoBa. The ice cream was smooth and tasty, and the offer a product that is not typically seen in other ice cream parlors. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

There's a separate door on your right to enter and off to your left is the line for the ice cream. The menu is on the top and all of it is in French. Someone ahead of us was being served but we noticed that the two men behind the counter were both serving one customer. While we looked at the menu another man we had seen previously came in and walked ahead of us. He hadn't been in line so I asked politely if he had priority and he and the two boys said yes. When he was served the boys still hadn't made eye contact with us nor did they offer to serve us. We both asked for service and neither boy acknowledged but eventually asked what we wanted - in French. I asked if they spoke English and one boy said he did. I actually had to ask if we were invisible but no response was forthcoming. Finally we were served, but it took longer than it should have, with each of our orders being separate and mine being last. When I finally got my come, a family came in and both boys greeted them! The cones were delicious but those boys need a lesson in non-discrimination if they want to stay in service. I felt personally discriminated against and will tell others about this experience. I am originally from Montreal and used to be reasonably bilingual before I moved to the States. I have been to many eateries since I've been back to visit but no other place has made me feel that I wasn't wanted, until I came to this place. Shame on them both. C'est n'était pas une belle expérience chez Harfang des Neiges

They have soft ice cream, hard ice cream, sorbet and about 16 different flavours of dips to put on your ice cream. For hard ice cream you can get your dip flavour poured over your ice cream in an edible wafer bowl. They have a specialty soft ice cream with maple infused in the swirl as well as many different versions of Sunday's, potion magique and bubble tea. They have a couple of tables inside and a bunch more outside. The lady is super nice and is willing to explain everything about her products if you are a new customer. I hope this place lasts a long time here! Definitely worth a visit.
