This convenience store is within walking distance to the Hilton…read more I have been here twice during my stay. They sell everything; at a price. First trip I bought 6 drinks and laundry soap for $10. Second trip was cigarettes at a hefty price of $5.97 but I don't know if that is normal for Indiana or not. We usually buy cigarettes in Missouri when we come up here, we were just a day short. Considering CVS is 0.6 miles and this place is like 0.1, honestly I would walk here instead of CVS in the summer. I only gave it 3 stars because they aren't too friendly and the prices are a bit expensive but it won't deter me from getting there and back to my room in ~5 minutes.

DONT TRY BUYING GIFTCARDS HERE YOU WILL POTENTIALLY BE SCAMMED!

We needed items on both the main and upper levels. I totally missed the escalator and waited and waited for that elevator. It took what seemed like forever for the elevator to open. If there was a staircase I didn't see it. We found everything we needed. The upper floor was incredibly hot and made me feel claustrophobic. Headed to the escalator for our trip back down to the main level. Self-checkout is definitely encouraged with security arms length away. This didn't really bother me. Actually made me feel safer. Just a few other customers in the store while we were - students and what appeared to be locals. Given the need for a guard on the premises this must be a place with some history. Recommend if you're already on campus and/or don't have transportation.

I have to start by saying this is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire…read morelife. The people working behind the counter are straight up rude and have their air pods in while speaking with customers. It is always a frustrating task to go and pick up my prescriptions. My psychiatrist sends my prescription to the pharmacy, and I went to go pick it up. I got the notification on my phone that the prescription was sent in, so when I got there, they told me it was too soon. I was confused on what they were talking about, but then I asked her what she meant. They were talking about a completely different prescription... like hello? I got told it was put on "hold" which happens way to frequently there. So of course, I walk over to the other side to talk to another lady. She just stood there and looked at me blankly. My patience was decreasing by the second. So, I state my case and she just says, " I do not see that anywhere." When I say her eyes were rolling, I mean rollinggg. I then call my psychiatrist and tell her what was going on, she then calls CVS and the lady behind the counter was appalled. I ended up getting my medication, but damn this CVS is at my last straw.

I could feel his frustration too. NO ONE acknowledged us standing there. Some goof ass that works in the pharmacy walked directly between the two of us with his face in his phone and continued that while he was in the back. Several pharmacy persons walked past us and NO ONE said they would be with us soon. We were non-existent to them. I did drop an inappropriate f-bomb and left. This is the first time I have thought poorly of the pharmacy. Today...there was NO customer service, compassion or empathy. Worst CVS ever.

(The 2 previous Marathon stations I have stopped at were poorly maintained and non-functional.) I also liked that the overhead covering extended all the way to the convenience store so that it offered some protection from the rain if needed. It also dispensed my receipt without sending me into see the clerk. Outside, they sell ice. I didn't stop into the convenience store since I wasn't needing anything other than gas. The only problem here is that it is easy to get to if you are northbound, but if you aren't there isn't any convenient place to cross over to the station. Review #3659
