First trip I bought 6 drinks and laundry soap for $10. Second trip was cigarettes at a hefty price of $5.97 but I don't know if that is normal for Indiana or not. We usually buy cigarettes in Missouri when we come up here, we were just a day short. Considering CVS is 0.6 miles and this place is like 0.1, honestly I would walk here instead of CVS in the summer. I only gave it 3 stars because they aren't too friendly and the prices are a bit expensive but it won't deter me from getting there and back to my room in ~5 minutes.

I got home went to redeem it…read moreand it gave me an error saying the card wasn't activated. i looked at my receipt and it says the card was activated. i walk back to the circle k (now 4 hours after i bought it) tell this old guy at the counter and show him the receipt, the giftcard, and tell him the issue. he then tells me i need to give him ANOTHER $35 to activate the card. i told him and pointed to the receipt saying i did that already when i ORIGINALLY CAME IN TO BUY THE CARD. he then tells me he cant do anything and needs the money in order to activate the card THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. he had the biggest attitude and told me it wasnt an issue for him and if i wanted anything to be done to come back later when the manager was here. DONT TRY BUYING GIFTCARDS HERE YOU WILL POTENTIALLY BE SCAMMED!

We needed items on both the main and upper levels. I totally missed the escalator and waited and waited for that elevator. It took what seemed like forever for the elevator to open. If there was a staircase I didn't see it. We found everything we needed. The upper floor was incredibly hot and made me feel claustrophobic. Headed to the escalator for our trip back down to the main level. Self-checkout is definitely encouraged with security arms length away. This didn't really bother me. Actually made me feel safer. Just a few other customers in the store while we were - students and what appeared to be locals. Given the need for a guard on the premises this must be a place with some history. Recommend if you're already on campus and/or don't have transportation.

The people working behind the counter are straight up rude and have their air pods in while speaking with customers. It is always a frustrating task to go and pick up my prescriptions. My psychiatrist sends my prescription to the pharmacy, and I went to go pick it up. I got the notification on my phone that the prescription was sent in, so when I got there, they told me it was too soon. I was confused on what they were talking about, but then I asked her what she meant. They were talking about a completely different prescription... like hello? I got told it was put on "hold" which happens way to frequently there. So of course, I walk over to the other side to talk to another lady. She just stood there and looked at me blankly. My patience was decreasing by the second. So, I state my case and she just says, " I do not see that anywhere." When I say her eyes were rolling, I mean rollinggg. I then call my psychiatrist and tell her what was going on, she then calls CVS and the lady behind the counter was appalled. I ended up getting my medication, but damn this CVS is at my last straw.

My issue is the front of the store. Consistent bad service. I feel like I am interrupting them to be checked out by a cashier rather than self scan. Actually, I was told that by the older lady who works there once that is was 'people like me' that don't allow her to get shelf stocking done. I gave her my items and told her 'you can go ahead and restock these too then.' She told me I was rude. Walking down aisles when there are several people stocking is a risk you take. They will not move to save their lives, even after I say 'excuse me'. There are no greetings in the store. If a cashier HAS to ring me up, there is no communication or response. Never have I been asked if there is anything they can help me find either. Cashier bumped in to me today and said nothing...not even 'I'm sorry.' Worst CVS in town. I am transferring my prescriptions to Walmart, just so I no longer have to go in a CVS. If you have to go into a CVS...avoid this one and go to one on the other side of town.
