I purchased a corsage and boutonniere for my son's dance, but when he picked them up, he found that the wire holding the flowers to their respective holders (wrist and pin) had gone through the flowers, detaching them from the stems. I reached out to customer support, providing the date of purchase, the price I paid, and even the store loyalty card number used for the transaction. However, despite this, I have not yet been reimbursed the $39 and have now been told they need a receipt to proceed. I will not use them again. read more

So I go shopping early because of a disability and here I am hobbling into store, only to find lack of access to wheelchair but they are not charged! Then I do my shopping which I admit I am really slow in moving n processing what I want to buy. Well today, I am at the self serve checkout, no other registers open. Not that I go through them anyways. Mind you I am in wheelchair so everything can be seen in cart. So I started to check out and I was using paper bag instead of plastic since plastic either tears or won't hold enough or everything falls out if you put more than 2 items in bag. So I scanned about 4 tall cans of Pringle and I was having trouble getting them to stand up in bag so I could put more in bag. I am holding 1 can in one hand while trying to use other hand to open bag and to keep it from falling over and the only girl up there says " you got to scan it" I replied I know you are doing your job but I am not going to steal anything!!! Mind you she never once offered to assist me or anything of that nature! Thus needless to say I was attempting to finish check out until it dawned upon me what she was saying to me. I then threw everything out of my wheel chair cart and said screw it I don't need this crap. I really think it's terrible on service and associates thinking it's OK to accuse someone and that person is checking out NOT stealing!!! Needless to say I will take my business else where. That store on main street won't ever see my face again. Now some may think oo that is nothing well if you struggle with bring physically challenged then you will understand the racist remarks how they effect you! So please people make sure you don't try to use a item to hold a bag open while you are checking out! Don't want you to feel like I did bring accused as if I was Fn' stealing. I've been shopping Smith's since I was young. I wish they were still Utah-owned. You can find most things you need. Shopping is average for a grocery store I'd say. I read online recently they are using cameras to record shoppers faces. I mean, this is like China or something. Why does a grocery store need to film everyone's faces? Are they keeping recordings of my children's faces?! That's creepy. I'm worried about this and will use other grocery stores. read more

I have been looking for my favorite ice tea at both Smith's stores for over two weeks. Nobody would really help me. This was my first time at Smith's, and while their selection is great, I felt extremely uncomfortable shopping there and will not be returning. I was in the store today, and there were a significant amount of people not wearing masks, and/or wearing them inappropriately. I know it must be extremely difficult to enforce mask policies in such a large store, but there seemed to be no effort made by any of the staff to correct behavior. When I called the customer service line to inquire about their policy, the representative seemed unconcerned about the lapses and didn't provide any reassure that would make me feel comfortable returning to the store. read more

I worked at Smiths for about 4 months and they were all very nice to me and they were very flexible with scheduling. I recently quit and i didn't put my two weeks in unfortunately because i was not doing good mentally, and makalya was very understanding about it she told my mom that it was okay and if i wanted to come back i could whenever. She is a very hard worker and works excellent with people. I highly recommend this job because everyone is so nice. read more

I loved this store! Super Smith's in my book. Reminded me of Fred Meyers with a great selection of just about anything. From clothing to food and much more. Prices were very reasonable and they also had some great sales going on at the time. If I lived in Logan, this would be my first and last stop. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of selection to chose from and produce seemed nice and fresh. Large parking lot in front of the store and easy to get to. I've shopped at Smith's in several states but this one rises to the top! Next time I'm in Logan, I'll be headed here first for any items I need to puchase. read more

I get my prescriptions filled here every month. Each month i call ahead to make sure they are ready for pickup as i do not live in logan. Each month upon my arrival they are not ready and i waste 15-20 minutes of my time waiting for them to do their job. Wish they could get it right just once. read more

I bought a pork roast the other day. When we went to eat it, it was bad. I buy meat from them all the time and love them. We even prefer them over Sam's club. So, needless to say, we were kind of shocked about a bad roast. I called and told them what happened and they told me to come down. The asked me a couple of questions so they could figure out what went wrong and then just gave me a new roast. The manager of the meat dept was great. I really appreciate his courtesy, service and understanding. The new roast is great btw. Thanks guys. read more

Smith's Marketplace is my go-to local grocery store. They have a large natural foods section, where I can get most of my gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, organic food. They don't have a large organic produce section, but they have good options for everything else I usually need. I don't always stay in the natural foods section either.. if you wander down the Mexican, Asian, and Italian isles, you will find lots of less expensive gluten free vegetarian items- like GF noodles, rice crackers, etc, than in the natural section. While I prefer to get my veggies elsewhere, most of my grocery shopping is at this Smiths. read more

This is actually a Smith's Marketplace and a very nice on at that. Door layout is a touch funky, but it has the pumps and all the cool toys and clothes and so on inside. This store is a bit on the huge side, which is great, but also means you may be wandering a bit. It was clearly a Fred Meyer before and still has some remnants of that, but it is very clean inside and looks to be well-maintained. I back it. One of the better locations and if I lived in the area, this would be my go-to spot. read more

I understand that this is a very, very difficult time for grocery stores right now. But having your clicklist orders booked out for four days is ridiculous. I can complete an order through Walmart and have it ready by later today. That is a very big gap in customer service. Please do something differently to improve. I've always shopped at Smith's over Walmart when I can, but you're on the verge of losing a lot of business to Walmart, not just mine. read more

We tend to term this "Fred Smith's" as it's the Smith's Food and Drug that took over the old Fred Meyer store, and that distinguishes it from Smith's on 400 North. The personnel in this store are exceptionally helpful. We appreciate so much their friendly can-do attitude. read more

I love Smiths! There's a great variety and the prices are cheap! If you have small children they have free healthy snacks they can eat while you shop or even put them a little nursery for free while you shop. read more
