I have two examples so far. My roommate and I came over with 14 items in our cart knowing that we would check out separately (so it was more like 7 items a transaction) and were told to go to the main checkout lanes during a peak time. This was because we put our items in the same cart. Second I bought a bulk item that required I enter the quantity of the item. It WAS sixteen, but it was entering the Bulk # and then typing the number of that item into the keypad. It would have been the same speed for any bulk item. And then after I finished checking out, the self check out employee walked over and informed me that in the future I would need to go to the main checkout lane for that kind of transaction instead. I understand the need to keep express lanes fast, but this feels like the employees have been given overzealous instructions. I will be limiting my shopping here in the future.

When I arrived I was told they were not in stock on 2 items, but that I could come back the next day to get them. On the second day I was told that I was ahead of their shipment and that they would have to call me later. On the third visit, I was called in, they told me there was a mix up and they gave one of my meds away. I got the second med. 8 days after my first visit they finally had the final med. For my second order when I called them in I was assured they had everything, and they would be ready in 30 minutes. I went in an hour and a half later with a very tight window, and they weren't even started filling them. I left. I didn't have time to wait for them to round off a second hour. Based on my 5 visits their inventory control is abysmal and the people at the desk absolutely don't care that you go over a week without your meds.

They didn't have any samples out when I was there, which was sad as I had read that there would be and I wanted to try everything. The only other downside is that I don't know where I can buy there stuff outside of Logan. I will definitely be stopping by here next time I'm in town.
