Immediately after installation, we noticed problems with the appearance and operation of the window treatments and contacted the owner. Several days later, he responded by text and arranged a visit with himself and the sales representative for a few weeks later. However, only the sales representative showed up. During that visit, the representative acknowledged the installation problems, took photos and videos, and assured us that everything would be corrected. After we followed up with the owner again the next week, a service appointment was scheduled. On the day of that appointment, we received a text saying the technician was running late and that someone would contact us to reschedule. That never happened. We are still waiting for repairs and for our window treatments to look and function as they should. The installation quality and lack of follow-through have been extremely disappointing. We gave the company opportunities to correct the problems, but its promises have not resulted in completed repairs. We cannot recommend Blooming Blinds based on our experience and are seeking a refund.
