I wish I could give individual reviews, but there was a worker whom me and my wife have never seen…read morebefore and we've been going there for at least 7 years now, during both day and night. There was only an issue when my wife brought her cleaning supplies and the basket out to the car while the clothes were still in the wash. She was going out there to call the bank to make sure she still had enough money after starting laundry and to put her cleaning stuff in the car. She was sitting for a while outside with the basket, like we have always done when it's absolutely not busy, like others we've seen as well. The employee, who told my wife her name was Jennifer, (which to her sounded fake for some reason) after this went down, rudely prompted her to bring the cart back in. She told her she was coming and was on the phone and would bring it back when she took her stuff out. "Jennifer" tried to walk away with the basket with my wife's things in the basket still. She told her that the carts can't be outside and even though we do it we can't do it on her shift. My wife tells me "Jennifer" stood closely and stared at her while she was trying to rush to get her stuff out of the basket while still on the phone with the bank. I had called asking about prices trying to see if I could get her name but she said Rosie. So I don't know, Jennifer/rosie, you gave poor representation of the lgbt community toward a member of that community and I'm extremely disappointed. You wanna be treated human then treat us all human. You could have been kinder.

Although they have plenty of washers (2-load, 4-load, and 6-load), it did get bust around noon. But everyone there was very patient, and no one was trying to unload other people's machines. The wifi was great and it allowed me to play games while my laundry got done. The washer and dryers were very clean and there was no aftersmell from the water in the washer. The dryer was perfect and got al of my clothes dry in under an hour. All in all, it was a great experience, and if my washer breaks again, I know where to come in a pinch.

Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.
