Decorated with Real plants throughtout the area which is a great touch and give that home-like and friendly vibes. There is also a touchless car wash connected to the same building. Additionally, Wawa gas station is conveniently next door accessible for more snacks and sandwiches. Prime location with all the nice amenities, highly recommended! She told her she was coming and was on the phone and would bring it back when she took her stuff out. "Jennifer" tried to walk away with the basket with my wife's things in the basket still. She told her that the carts can't be outside and even though we do it we can't do it on her shift. My wife tells me "Jennifer" stood closely and stared at her while she was trying to rush to get her stuff out of the basket while still on the phone with the bank. I had called asking about prices trying to see if I could get her name but she said Rosie. So I don't know, Jennifer/rosie, you gave poor representation of the lgbt community toward a member of that community and I'm extremely disappointed. You wanna be treated human then treat us all human. You could have been kinder.

They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.

Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. After 2 hours I checked in on my laundry and was immediately met with an attitude she explained that she would call me and not to come in asking about my laundry. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.

Ms. Sheri is absolutely amazing. She helps manage the store and does the drop off washing service. She was always helpful when I needed assistance or had questions. My dryer broke so I was lugging my wet clothes there, for about 6 weeks, until we got a new one. I was actually sad when I got the new dryer and no longer needed to go. I really enjoyed getting to know new people (I'm a talker) and Ms. Sheri always had a smile & sweet hello when I walked in!
