This office on the other hand.....Thieves!!!! I loved the massage therapist so much that I upgraded my insurance just so I could continue seeing her which lowered my co pay. This office can see in their "system" that I also changed my name at the same time. The oddly have no trouble billing under the new name but magically can't see the change in co-pay change that occurred the same time and refuse to adjust accordingly. To boot......my 33yo son died and I had to cancel a couple times because of things that happen after someone dies so unexpectedly so I get charged $50 for cancellation and threatened to have all my future appointments cancelled as well. Thanks you inhuman, insensitive POS at the desk for the extra heartbreak and stress I definitely didn't need. Especially as a disabled person in the worst times of my life possible. If you want a massage therapist worth her weight in gold ten times over....Ari is your girl. She is kind, caring, attentive, and extremely skilled at her trade. I normally rebound after massage until Ari because my muscles are very spastic. Not with Ari. She actually brings me relief from the constant pain every single time without fail. You CANNOT find a more skilled therapist. They don't exist. She is the ONLY thing worth while here. And i hope she one day goes somewhere else or out on her own because she would do a lot better for herself if she did. But to hell with this location and their staff. Customer service. I began treatment with Riverside Chiropractic two years ago. The first six…read moretreatments were to be paid at 100% by my insurances. I continued receiving treatments through 2022 and 2023 (25 in total) and paid cash out of pocket for those. Their office manager failed to correctly submit bills for the first 6 visits in 2022 and now in 2024 they are billing me for those visits, nearly 700.00 dollars. I asked for verification that the visits were billed to insurance and to see verification that the claims were declined. They said they could provide none. After complaint they reduced payment to 325.00 dollars but would not take further responsibility for their offices' failures. My insurance would have covered those first six visits at 100% (costing me nothing) in 2022. But the insurances will not pay anything for them now in 2024. PLEASE GET THINGS IN WRITING FROM THESE GUYS. I think my treatment from them was less than reputable.

My regular chiropractor was scheduled a month out, so I called Dr. Reese and he was able to get me in the next day. On the phone I asked how much it would cost and he told me $500 for ten visits. So you can imagine my surprise after the first visit when he told me the bill was going to be $625. I should have stopped then, but still in pain, I paid and hoped for the best. I went to a total of four visits and his care didn't offer me any relief from my pain and tight back/hips. He's a nice guy, he used a lot of machines and gadgets on me, but he did not manually adjust me in the way that my other chiropractor can do that offers me relief. I emailed to ask if I could get a refund on the remaining visits, explaining that all bodies are different and I didn't feel like he was the right provider for me with the methods he uses. He said no refunds and also stated the incorrect number of visits remaining (too few!). Note: I don't have a copy of the signed paperwork or remember what it says, so I don't know what I'm actually on the hook for. I suggest that Dr. Reese provide the patient with a copy of the paperwork they can read before the visit or take home with them. Also, it took over a month and another reminder email for him to get back to me. I responded saying that I was very unhappy and that every body is different and my body didn't respond well to his treatment, and he emailed back with "That is part of having gone to a qualified science base medical school. I have seen hundreds of patientents over the years and I know how long and how many visits certain conditions will take to heal properly. I am sorry you disagree with my plan." I do disagree, I have found better care through other providers and my own self treatment. I am frustrated with Dr. Reese, and I let him know that, and I feel like he didn't consider anything about my personal care or try to make it right. He has my money no and I feel like he has no need to make things better. I hate leaving a bad review, but this was my experience and I'm out a lot of money, so I share in hopes that it doesn't have to be this way for other people.

Easy to get to and on the second floor. Elevator and stairs available immediate to Dr. Reese's Office. My experience: Dr. Reese blew me away on my first visit. He was able to pin point problematic areas without much information given other than "my whole left side". I've had only 6 appointments and am flexible enough to keep a good posture when working out. After years of attempting to do it on my own without much success, Dr Reese was able to help realign my whole left side within weeks. My stability has significantly increased and my lower body strength is performing as it did in my mid to late 20's (I'm 31, felt like I was 38). My posture has also been poor for years due to a back 'hunch' and forward shoulders. Dr Reese was also able to open up and release tension built up. I'm now able to walk and breath well without feeling winded or in pain. Although I know slow and steady wins the race, I am anxious and now looking forward to my journey to regain my health and cannot thank Dr Reese enough and credit him for the progress this far. I encourage anyone hesitant or not, that may have stiff joints, aches and pains to visit Dr. Reese. Thank you Doc!
