I thought all dentists were evil people, but all of the dentists I had since were very nice and very skilled. I actually don't live in Valdosta, I came here because my mom has been seeing Dr. Broadfoot for…read moreyears and after having several horrific experiences in Los Angeles I developed a pretty serious fear of dentists. I've experienced everything from billing fraud to bullying tactics so I came to Azalea Family Dentistry feeling scared and defeated. Just in the 10 minute conversation on the phone with Laura, who works at the front desk, talking about my insurance and what I would be billed for I knew I was in good hands. I've never felt more hopefully and understood after leaving a dentist; Dr. Broadfoot and his team truly care and took the extra time to explain why I was in pain plus they outlined a plan to resolve my dental issues. The hygienist let me wear earbuds and play my own music to ease my fears, she was fantastic! Herself and the dentist took the time to show me every little detail, even how to floss and brush to care for my erupted wisdom teeth. They addressed my fears with empathy which I cannot appreciate enough. Upon leaving, Laura made a detailed list of what I was being billed for and they made a follow up appointment for tomorrow. I am so incredibly happy I found this place. Dr. Broadfoot's late father was a dentist and I know he would be so proud if he saw what a fantastic job he and his practice are doing.
