The last straw was this week. I called on Monday to make an appointment and after giving my id information was told that I had been dropped as a patient with the doctor since I hadn't had an appointment for 2+ years. (Is it my fault that I'm healthy?) And then I was told I couldn't sign back up with the same doctor since he was no longer taking patients. So, that's enough of this stupid crap with Valdosta Medical Clinic. I found a different health care provider. If you enjoy dealing with staff incompetence, Valdosta Medical Clinic is the place for your health care needs. If you want less drama in your life, find a different healthcare provider.

They truly do go above and beyond earning this business a 5+ star in my book. I will certainly recommend to everyone. The work done is to perfection. I've had minor cavities filled in the past which put me quite a state when I found out I would need some extensive work done. When all was done, I realized it really was not that bad. It's all the little things they do that make the biggest difference. If you find yourself in the chair as I did, please do not hesitate to voice your feelings (good or bad). The staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I had some labs that were ordered by my doctor and this was one of the locations the work order was sent to. I called the hospital early Monday morning to make sure that they had my orders. I was transferred to lab department and the person I talked to verified and stated that they had received my orders, I was able to come in and get them completed today, but the lab closes at 12 noon. I drove over an hour to get them done and when I arrived (a little after 11) the front desk employee states they were closed, I explained to her what I had been told over phone, she wasn't empathetic at all and provided a dry in genuine apology with I don't know who could have told you that. Btw I needed to have labs completed 3 days before my appointment which was on Thursday.
