I don't mind making the appointments on line, but when there is a problem that you may actually need to speak with a person, I found it impossible. The phone system is set up to where there isn't any way to speak with someone and if there is a way it is!!! definitely not clear through the prompts that are presented on the phone. I have a had labs drawn for over a month now and my doctor has yet to receive the results. I believe I should be able to call Quest and resolve the situation over the phone, but that has been impossible. So my husband went to Quest and asked them to send the results to my doctor and he still has not received them. I now have a new fax number and someone's attention to send my labs, but I have no way to speak with someone on the telephone, so that I once again do not have to drive to the lab to give them this information! I don't even know who and/or how to talk with to resolve this situation!!!

The start of what I expected to be a very bad experience. We were referred to Earl Copeland by our mechanic in Marietta, GA. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this group to anyone without reservation. The next morning, Mr. Copeland called me to make sure we had gotten home OK.
