Took the morning off work to meet them, then they decided to call and tell me they are not coming. Person on the phone told me they had no idea what was going on, wanted to schedule an appointment. I told them I had two scheduled and took off work. They told me there was no way they could ever have someone here at 9:30 so I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but apparently they can't fix a simple leak and they have no idea how to schedule an appointment. Awful, awful, awful stay far away. And besides that, the price was absolutely ridiculous to come move a drain and a water line.

His helper was also great and he was a true asset to Mr Dease throughout the job. He took a look at the issue and gave a very reasonable price, which we accepted. He was done in just about an hour. He did a great job. The problem was solved as he had to install a new main valve and reduce the water pressure as it was far too high and was the source of the water hammer.
