I had no plan to rent a boat but the fleet looked well cared for (almost new) and I jumped. The crew was really nice and helpful. I took out a "Tritoon"with a 200hp Yamaha. The lake is huge and there is some amazing sightseeing. I found a cove, anchored, finished up some work and then went for a swim. My 2 hour rental flew by and when I arrived back at the dock, the crew was waiting to help dock and replace my used fuel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. For a spur of the moment adventure it was amazing. I highly recommend Bridgewater Marine.

That way we maximized our time in the water! Would love to do this trip again!

Ever other boat was passing us in the lake, including every other pontoon boat. The boat itself was clean and worked well but was a bit torn up and dented in places. Only other complaint was the horn and radio not working - supposed to be used to signal danger, etc. They said we had to use the whistle instead of the horn. We asked if we could just get a different boat and the woman replied "I think none of our boats have horns that work."

Having been boating for 30+ years, on SML for 10 year & the founder of SML boating club, we know our boats. We have rented from this company for the last 4 years...every 4th of July and well in advance so we can attend a friend's island party via water. So this year, the owners decide to CANCEL our 4th of July, 3-day rental, 1 day before pick up. They claim it was because my wife attacked them on the phone when she called to confirm pickup and asked if the red tritoon that was parked at their dock was the tritoon we were going to rent for $600+? But was that the real reason? Keep reading... Having a 100% right to know the equipment we plan to put our family and children on...we were concerned because the red tritoon we saw when stopping by one day, (office wide open but nobody around) was in very poor condition and in our opinion was not overly reliable, safe or rent worthy. Never giving my wife a straight answer on the phone, the owners get defensive and claim attack...but come to find out they double booked the tritoon by accident. So why they truely cancelled will never be known... but the owners claim they have a mile long waiting list...so cancelling us sure did help their situation. So we are now left 1 day before the holiday weekend with a house full of family and guests expecting to attend a friends annual party by water with no boat. THANKS WET CONNECTION! Never again for us. Since moving from Crazy Horse this place is in awful shape. I would suggest you simply drive by and take a look at their place and their equipment before renting. If youre happy with what you see. Great...but for us, there is no way I'm jeopardizing my family time, safety or well being on the lake. No way!

We almost got a ticket because he didn't tell us how to obey buoys. What really soured the whole experience, though, was when he was verbally abusive to my wife when we dropped off the jet skis, and he tried to overcharge us for equipment we didn't rent. He has no business working in the service industry. The young guy was great, it should be noted, but he didn't have enough sway to make the experience better.

My boyfriend went inside, less than 10 minutes he was back out telling me to get my things out of the truck. Needless to say, check in was efficient and painless. Should mention, we didn't get charged until we got there, but have your card ready when you call, because you do need to give the information. $300 for 9am-6pm is not bad at all by the way! We got there around 10:15, pulled back in around 5:15pm. 3 guys came out and assisted us with putting the boat back where it needed to be. They gave the boat the once over, made sure we didn't break anything, and refueled. Cost us $27.50 or so in gas. We didn't do a lot of tubing or towing of people or items. Mostly found a spot to drop anchor and float, so I imagine if you're pulling someone in a flotation device or water skis it might cost ya more. I was pleased. The guys also mentioned to us that we were on a new boat that they got last year. It was super clean when we got in it and had a TON of storage under the seats to keep important things dry. It also had a decently sized canopy that covered the entire back half. Definitely a plus when you're going to be in sun all day. We took 6 people and had more than enough space. Paying for the gas was also, easy peezy. All in all, had a wonderful time, boat was everything we needed. Service was fine and no deposit is even nicer. Be nice and kind to the boat, and it'll be nice to you. Definitely already planning my next trip to the lake and of course, another boat. Thanks!

This place is pretty laid back. Great place for a fishing trip or boating weekend. There is a boat dock right in front, along with some picnic tables and lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Rooms are cute and comfortably decorated. Mini frig and microwave. Bathroom was quite large, but vanity was way too small for any useful purpose than simply a sink. Also, beware of floor and shower area, as it can be quite slippery when wet. No hair dryers, so bring one if needed. The price was reasonable, but the view was priceless. Relaxing and cozy. We would stay here again if in the area.
