I was seen by this doctor only because my regular provider in the same office couldn't get me in quickly. While I appreciated being seen right away, the experience itself was disappointing. When I told him I wasn't currently taking any medications, he laughed and made a comment under his breath implying that was why I was sick. That response felt judgmental, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Patients deserve respect regardless of whether they choose medication or prefer to try natural options first. My husband and I went to Dr. Smith for a year. I am convinced he has something against women. He was horrible to me, disregarded my concerns told me to suck it up deal with the pain and take Meds. Without trying to even figure out why the pain was there ( I have figured out now that I have arthritis) My husband on the other had said he was a great dr, listened to him and did everything my husband asked of him. After talking to other people that have seen him it's almost consistent across the board. Horrible to the females awesome with the males. read more

The worst doctor there could ever be, he's actually VERY detrimental to everything a doctor is supposed to stand for and live by! Absolutely DOES NOT care at all about patients or even sees them as human beings! He puts EVERYONE IN A BOX AND LOOKS DOWN ON THEM, as if everyone were identical, not individuals, and trash that are so far below him that he LITERALLY doesn't even give them the time of day! He speaks down on them. He cuts them short every time they are explaining anything, he does NOT care one bit AT ALL about their HEALTH CONCERNS!! And he treats everyone like they're uneducated unknowledgeable Street trash, even patients NOT FROM THE AREA, he very CLEARLY LACKS ANY COMPASSION AND ALL EMPATHY AND SERIOUSLY MAKES IT KNOWN HE DOES NOT CARE!! To the point of ACTUAL HEALTH DECLINE AND WELLBEING OF HIS PATIENTS!!!! They leave there feeling soooo much worse than when they went in, only not physically worse, EMOTIONALLY WORSE as a human being, they leave there feeling less than worthy as a human being on top of knowing their doctor didn't give the time of day nor express ANY concerns for their health and well-being!!!! As a doctor you have moral STANDARDS one should at least PRETEND to have and live by!!! But this is ONE doctor who you'll leave feeling worse than when you went in!!! Not a compassionate bone in his body!!! Just likes to push pills and get the pharmaceutical payout, pretty much all he's concerned with!! I know SO many ppl have complained about him and his 'attitude' meaness, lack of compassion or empathy etc etc etc!! EVEN THE ER DRS ROLL THEIR EYES AND COMPLAIN ABOUT HIM IF YOU TELL THEM DR SMITH IS YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR! Listen to the advice here: DONT GO TO DR SMITH, FIND A DIFFERENT OPTION, and if you have SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS & CONCERNS and already have him as a dr, TAKE MY ADVICE, and advice from the ER drs HE works with, and FIRE HIM AS YOUR DR, SEVER ALL TIES!!!! There's SO many other doctors out there, DOCTORS WITH COMPASSION AND EMPATHY, who will ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS and TREAT YOU WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT!! I just can't believe his license hasn't been reviewed yet!! Steps taken to teach him he can't treat ppl like that and needs decency and morals!! SOMETHING! ANYTHING!!! Someone really needs to step in and take notice!!!!
