I did start with one lawyer, then was moved to a different one who left the firm and I closed out my case with a third person. He actually went down about a week before our case just to sit in court and observe how the judge ran his court. He has this ability to ask a question and you feel like you are being drilled. But he is professional and not demeaning. Steer far away from this lawyer. There is an East Valley Hierarchy of Mormon lawyers. They trade favors with Judges and other lawyers to keep their religious affiliations square within their church. Legal and moral issues take a second seat when Mormon lawyers are concerned. Go elsewhere.
