I live north of Clinton , he listen to is sure I had with a truck fire which burnt up my 2019 gmc texas edition limited , he got me into a 2017 gmc. looks just like my old one but only had 70, 000 plus on it , always asked if I needed. any thing to drink or snack on , he remembers my post in Clinton area how I was treated by ins company. how they only alllow me 15,700 I put a good down payment on this truck. But I did notice the interest rate so that's the reason. My interest rate was higher because of the gap insurance is not paying their bill right now, but I will get it paid off as soon as I get the extra funds to do that to get rid of rate I gotta pay my taxes on it, no big deal. I can get that done thank you Daylan very much for helping me out. Just know when I get on the case I have I will be talking to you again. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the title back on the truck he had traded in that had no lien on it. Salesman will not call back and no one there seems to know what they are doing. They have told be they are trying to track down title but have not returned my calls

    Honda World wasted my time and my money…read more I brought my car in after an independent mechanic had already diagnosed it with a blown head gasket. I told the service advisor, Kim, exactly that, and instead of listening, she basically dismissed the diagnosis and told me I should have brought it to Honda World first. So they charged me $145 for their own diagnostic. The technician then had the nerve to tell me he "couldn't find anything wrong," but decided to investigate further, beyond what the $145 diagnostic supposedly covered because it was his "due diligence," and what did he find....? A blown head gasket. The exact problem I told them about before they took my money. Apparently, I paid $145 just to have Honda World repeat what another mechanic had already figured out. Then came the real punchline: a repair quote of over $10,000+ for a used engine with 60,000+ miles. As if that wasn't enough, the technician also recommended replacing my windshield wipers... which had been replaced literally ONE WEEK before my appointment. If they're trying to sell me wipers I clearly don't need, why should I trust anything else on their inspection? The entire experience came across as arrogant, dismissive, and more focused on squeezing money out of me than actually listening. Being talked down to, paying for a diagnostic that confirmed what I already knew, getting hit with a five-figure repair quote, and then being told I need brand-new wipers that were already brand new is laughable.

We live in Memphis, and there weren't any year/model that I wanted here. Using Edmunds.com and Trucar.com I was led to a good match at Crain Kia of Conway. Sales rep Jay Bittle responded the same day to my email for information on the car I wanted. We emailed back and forth all week, and he convinced us to make the 2.5 hour drive in from Memphis on a Monday. The price was good, according to TruCar, but they knocked off about $150 for me after some goading. Jay was just so pleasant to be around, talked about church, and his wife, and had a #1 Dad mug on his desk... just pretty perfect without being cocky. We went back to the finance guy to pay, and he was also just delightful as all get out! The following day, Mr. Bittle emailed again to see if everything was alright with the car. I am still waiting on the sales papers almost 3 weeks later, but I know they'll come soon. *The only drawbacks were that the car wasn't totally clean when I test drove it, and when they "filled it up" for my drive home, they only put 3/4 of a tank of gas in the car. That 1/4 tank may have cost them my opinion! *make note, sales managers*

We made an appointment only to be told they did not know when they would be able to look at it. You are assigned an advisor to communicate between you and the tech. Ours was Chandler - if you have to go to Crain please ask for another advisor. He never communicated once with us about updates on our car. We had to constantly call them and every time we got the runaround. Finally after having my car for 3 weeks, they decided it was "fixed" Not even sure what they did to it to get it fixed. Even to find out our car was ready, we had to call them. They were not going to call us. This is the absolute worst customer service we have had anywhere. Chandler really needs to rethink his life choices and find a job he is actually good at and not work with the public. I am now waiting until we have paid enough on our KIA and will trade it in for something else - definitely will not own another KIA again and it is all because of the service at Crain.
