We only had a same-day service and they were delivered that morning and they looked dead when we first called to complain about it, the owner said we would get a full refund, when the bank statement came, we only got $100 back and when my husband called again to ask why we didn't get a full refund we were told we were harassing them and it sounded like we didn't wanna pay for what we ordered. my sister had called and complained about hers because hers the roses looked brown on the end too, her arrangement was 150 and she got 75 back, when my husband said that my sister had called and got money back. She basically called my husband, a liar, that nobody else in that party Got any money back. I will never use this florist again and think twice before you do.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeannie's Flowers. Absolutely wonderful service throughout a…read moredifficult situation. I was out of the country and needed to arrange funeral flowers in an area I was unfamiliar with. To make matters more challenging, I was having difficulty viewing arrangements online, and the region was experiencing severe weather. The funeral home had even warned the family that the graveside service might need to be postponed if temperatures dropped low enough for the ground to freeze. From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness and patience. The young woman who answered the phone was delightful. She explained that she was new, but she carefully relayed all of the information to the owner and made sure every detail was understood. Because I couldn't easily view arrangements online, they took the time to discuss flower selections, colors, and design options over the phone. I provided a budget range, and rather than simply charging the maximum amount, they billed me right in the middle of that range, which I felt was both honest and considerate. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and genuine care. Knowing I was out of the country and that the service date was uncertain due to weather, they offered to contact the funeral home directly before delivery to confirm whether the service was proceeding as planned. If it was postponed, they would hold the arrangement and ensure fresh flowers were delivered on the correct day. Everything was handled exactly as promised. The arrangement arrived on time, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and my family reported that it was absolutely stunning. During a difficult time, Jeannie's Flowers provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and compassion. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing flowers for a funeral, special occasion, or any event where quality and reliability matter. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier! Appreciate your kindness!

I found Floral Fashions and they were exactly what I was looking for! I told them the occasion and they suggested several options over the phone. They offer both silk and fresh flowers. I called 20 mins before closing and They were able to deliver a gorgeous arrangement to my friends within the hour! They even said that if they weren't home they would try again tomorrow because it was too cold to leave the flowers out...you don't get that with big box flower companies! The best part was that they are so local, they knew my friends address without me having to dig for it! The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality product and level of service provided. Don't worry that this place doesn't have a website, they are top notch!!

Closed ended communication is not good business practice. I asked for fern rentals and greenery, as in two separate things, I wanted to purchase greenery. Whoever is running your email needs to stop doing it, or work on their email skills. I didnt even expect a reply back today at this time. I feel blown off, like I walked in right before close and the worker ushered me out so he could clock out. Which is likely what happened via the internet as the email came at closing time. "I'm sorry, we do not do greenery rentals. We would love to still accommodate your request, we would love to talk about pricing for xyz...." And then I could've politely corrected you and said, "Oh no, I apologize, that's not what I meant. I had been at a few different events where Archer's did fern rentals, so I was inquiring about that and was also interested in purchasing greenery arrangements." That's productive business and good customer service. Dont use email if you dont know how to use it while still providing good customer service.
