My Bf's mom lives in WV, (we are located in California) and Francis Florist is one of a few closest to them. This past Christmas, I pushed ordering until a few days before, and when I did finally order, they're delivery service would not be able to deliver until after the new year. So, I decided to go ahead and order the arrangements and scheduled uber to pick up the delivery (all on 12/24). With uber scheduled, and the arrangements being made, everything was good. Until about 2 minutes before noon (the shop was closing early for Christmas Eve), uber gets back to me saying no one was available and to try again later. Needless to say, I was now trying to book again with uber, and again it would come back with no one available and to try again later. Finally after an hour of not being able to get it picked up, I figured Francis Florist went ahead and saved the arrangement, and I would try again the day after Christmas to call uber to pick them up and finally deliver them. Well, I got a surprise when I received a picture message from my BF's mom with a picture of the arrangements we ordered on her dining table. FRANCIS FLORIST went ahead and delivered the arrangements. That was such a surprise for US and way above and beyond their obligation of making the arrangements, that I had to come on and write this review. I have attached 2 pics to show how pretty they're arrangements are. 1 from a few months ago and the other from the other day. Thank you again FRANCIS FLORIST!! We truly appreciate you!!
