I asked for a specific vase pictured when they told me they were not sure if they could get the vase I asked to cancel the order. They called the owner called me back and stated I would receive that vase. Upon delivery it wasn't the vase and the flowers looked like someone picked them out of a ditch. When I called and sent pictures they asked me to have the family send recent pictures. These flowers were delivered on Tuesday. I called Thursday. Then said well we can pick the flowers up and refund you. The family just lost a loved one why would someone be so insensitive. I would never send them back to pick up the flowers. Just a headache all the way around. I told the owner to keep the money and we would just never order from him again.

Not one ounce of empathy or even basic human experience that would have hinted at customer service from her end. I walked out of there and never went back. I won't be going back to see if she has taken any customer service courses. That was THE worst experience I've ever had after a loss like that.
