And while there was a lot inside, it was a very confusing building. There seems to be a garage for car repairs in one section, and the employees just glared at us when we walked in there. We couldn't find our way around most of the rooms due to the disorganization. The items here are all very expensive as well and definitely well used (implied from the name), but I believe the past usage should factor a bit into the price. I felt uncomfortable the whole trip as the employees seemed like they didn't want us there. It was also very dark in there, and one light kept flickering and hurt my head.

They also have a Zoltar machine which is always fun. Lots of cool weird stuff to look at and possibly buy as fun gifts, gifts ranging from really affordable like stickers etc to more collectible items. Service was friendly but not intrusive (ideal). Located right next to The Coffee Grinder also so you can grab a drink (if they're open) and go in and look around. Will return!

There was a variety of candies and random items from various movies (mostly horror) and some souvenirs relating to the legend of the Mothman. There wasn't much organization just some random shirts all on the same rack. I'd recommend stopping by, especially if pop culture is your thing. I didn't see anything that I was really interested in, and I didn't want to drop $22 on a t-shirt.

Yesterday's Antique & Collectibles is located on Main Street and very easy to find. On street free parking is available. The store is absolutely gorgeous inside and owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Her treasures are placed and displayed with LOVE. It's really very stunning how she has everything displayed and grouped by color schemes. She has her lamps on, which allows their lights to beam and twinkle the surrounding festive colored glassware...just brilliant I love the shop!!! No dust!! Clean and not overly cluttered floor space. Plenty of room to move around!!! I felt comfortable while I shopped and enjoyed the tantalizing eye candy!!! When in the area, check them out! I'm a "Mothman hipster" in that I've been a fan of the flying cryptid since before he became so…read moreculturally iconic, so I was thrilled to see such a great collection of Mothman, cryptid, and generally cool goods here -- to the point I actually made two stops during one visit to the greater area. The folks working are really friendly and happy to answer questions. The store is spacious and has some goods by national and international companies like Squishables but also a lot of local and regional companies, which I really appreciated. My finds included an adorable Mothman plush, a couple stickers, a Mothman/Flatwoods Monster t-shirt, and more. There is a lot of variety in general but especially in available stickers and pins, perfect for souvenir gifting. And try the root beer. It's fantastic. I also had a lot of fun at the Mothman Black Light Mini Golf upstairs. It's reasonably priced, and the theming is incredibly fun -- kitschy fun but also a bit spooky! I would say that if you're sensitive to loud sounds (including simulated gunfire) and mild "jump scares", I'd skip the golf. However, my friend and I had a blast, and the gentleman running it was great. I'll keep stopping in when I'm in the area, and I've already started recommending it to others.

Right next door to the Mothman Museum is the Point Pleasant Trading Company. If your love of…read morecryptids and shopping brought you to the area, this is definitely the first place you want to go. For me it was a better, brighter, more enjoyable place to shop than any of the other gift shops on the street with lots of variety and interesting things to see. The layout is good and easy to move through, which mattered to me because I'm always trying to navigate with my small dog and the shop stays pretty busy. They had lots of apparel with some pretty creative designs, plushies, unique souvenirs and more. It's a fun quirky shop and you can definitely spend a lot of time in here browsing. You can also pick up some pretty rare gifts for yourself and others. I will admit I had to be selective with what I actually purchased because it's easy to fill up your arms/cart but the prices can be a little prohibitive so you will most likely have to make some choices in the end like I did. The store is dog friendly, but our pup did get a little scared by the large animatronic Bigfoot, so just beware . It's all in good fun and the employees really seem to enjoy the customers screams when it frightens them . This is definitely a must stop if you're in town, whether you end up leaving with anything or not, you will still have a good time while you're in the store.
