On both July 20 and 21, 2025, we went here for some items we needed. One side of the entry doors remained blocked both visits. I was always the first to greet employees. The Walgreens closest to my end of town just texted me that they received my prescription, nothing else. The next day (yesterday) I went to pick it up, only to find out they were closed for the 4th of July. I went back today only to find that the pharmacy has at some point started closing on weekends, but I could drive out to another Walgreens across town and get it. I did, and after waiting forever they told me they only had one of them, but I could get the other at yet a third location. So here I went across town again, only to be told that no, they didn't have it. I'm changing pharmacies, and I'm telling all my friends. They're all also old with multiple prescriptions. Walmart corp. lost money last year -- maybe they should cut their CEO's salary and reinvest in their stores. In the meantime, they'll get no more business from me.

The person who answered the phone was patient and kind, quickly let me speak with the pharmacist to reach a conclusion regarding the one medication. I am deeply grateful for the pharmacy team that went above and beyond to help me today.

I've been a loyal Walgreens customer my entire life--my parents filled my prescriptions here when I…read morewas a kid, and I've continued that loyalty as an adult. After my recent experiences, but specifically my experience tonight, at the Central Ave location, I'm honestly questioning why. I had a prescription that had been pending for an entire week. I was told it would be ready today, yet I received no updates or communication of any kind. Because I needed it urgently, I called the pharmacy multiple times throughout the day. Each time, my call was either picked up and immediately hung up, or I was left on hold for extremely long periods--over 30 minutes once, and more than 16 minutes another time and then was still hung up on. When I finally reached someone, the situation somehow got worse. The woman who answered was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. She told me she had been on vacation and had "no idea" what was going on with my prescription. When I asked if she could check with another employee, she refused--not because no one was available, but simply because she didn't want to. She also said she couldn't help because it was "late," even though I had been calling all day and being hung up on. She showed zero concern when I explained how frustrating the repeated hang-ups were. She wouldn't check other Walgreens locations in Hot Springs, wouldn't look into the delay, and wouldn't offer any solution at all. The call ended with her giving me a sarcastic, cheerful "no problem" after providing absolutely no assistance. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of communication, the repeated hang-ups, and the outright refusal to help were beyond unprofessional. I've trusted Walgreens for decades, but this experience at the Central Ave location was genuinely shocking. Walgreens needs to address this immediately. No customer should be treated this way--especially when they're relying on a time-sensitive prescription.

FLORAL REVIEW I used…read morethis location for my wedding bouquets. I know what you're thinking and I was there too at first. A grocery store for a wedding?? I decided at the LAST MINUTE that I'd like to have a bouquet for my bridal pics. Coming from out of town, I wasn't sure what to do. I called and spoke with the floral manager, I believe his name is Ron, and told him what I had in mind. He communicated with me by text message and photograph to show me what he'd created. That was actually HIS idea! The first bouquet that in my mind was going to be so awesome turned out to be a bit odd. This was my contraption and it just didn't work out. I sent him a photo back and by the next day he'd recreated the pink rose and lily bouquet to a T! The prices were amazing, as well! I absolutely wanted to use them for my wedding after the awesome service for my bridal bouquet. I wanted to have the same bouquet for my wedding and let him use his imagination for my bridesmaids, corsages and bouts. I had no clue what they'd be like but when I saw them, oh boy! He'd created these rustic, blue and cream bouquets. They were beautiful! Everyone's flowers were so awesome and at one bridal bouqet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 4 corsages and 10 bouts, we cashed out at less than $300.

I have had a devil of a time getting replacement cards from Kroger. The third party Kroger uses to handle their gift cards is Black Hawk Network (BHN). This company is a joke. I have been working with them since at least June 1, 2026. I suspected a language barrier. Even though their HQ is in the United States, their Customer Representatives are all over the world. You have to express your anger/frustration to be connected to Kroger's Customer Advocacy Group back here in the United States. I am currently waiting on a return telephone call from the Customer Advocacy Group that I was promised two weeks ago. They make it so difficult to get replacement cards that one would think Kroger is hoping that customers will forget or lose interest and go away so they won't have to reimburse them. If I could give zero stars I would. My next step is to go to the customer advocate of my local newspaper and see if they are interested in doing an article on gift card scams.

I could have expected to have been treated that way if the name of the business was Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde's Pharmacy. They need to do themselves and their customers a service and show who they are each time so people can decide if they want to take that chance each time to be treated like a human being or disrespected like scum of the earth.

The people there are generally nice and can be helpful. The pharmacist seems like a good guy and knowledgeable. It's really not the employees that make this pharmacy so aggravating to me it's the time schedule and some other little stuff. 1. Who takes lunch at 1:30-2:00pm just take lunch at 1 this is so inconvenient for me. 2. Not 24 hours closes at 6. So I have to come here on my lunch break because it's closed on weekends too, but if I take lunch I have to wait for them to reopen at 2:01. The last trip waited ten minutes for them to reopen no big deal called ahead to refill prescription had to do it with the phone robot because you can't talk to real people anymore. Robot said my prescription would be ready yesterday. Got busy took a late lunch and couldn't pick it up. Came by today and lady said it can't be filled???? It's because I carry two health insurances and switch out every time I get a refill. Seems like an easy solution would be to talk to a person who puts a note under the name profile that the insurance brand needs to switch when refilled. Now I'm at home waiting some more. Thanks Walgreens......
