Officially, Jenna plays key roles in business development, account management, design strategy and creative direction on each project challenge. Unofficially, she's the brain trust at Smith Design, essentially developing the playbook for the agency when it comes to both design and operations, which might very well be the definition of rare in this industry. Jenna's new business prowess and savvy business acumen helped to position Smith Design to win work with emerging and growing brands, hence keeping Smith Design profitable and healthy.
