I would still recommend Scott's Hauling, but would insist on dealing with Scott and beware of young employees who should not be employed if they don't know what they are doing. The first crew that came for my first job were EXCELLENT, communicated with me a did a great job! The text went on to say that they (whoever "they" were) had signed up on Thumbtack, and I was asked to leave a review. Again, no name or company was given. I Googled the phone number sending the text, and it came from The Brigade. I get that it was probably an automated message sent to everyone in their phone list. However, given that I was never a customer--and the fact that the text didn't even identify who they were--I was very annoyed. In the future, I would suggest that any automated messages clearly contain identifying information, and that they only include customers they actually worked with.
