The owners (a kind husband & wife duo) welcomed me as soon as I walked in, even though I was a bedraggled mess, having rushed over straight from the car wash in my least polished outfit to make it before they closed. Despite my appearance, they treated me like a VIP & were happy to help. One watch just needed a new battery, but the other required a delicate repair. The cost was far less than I expected & they had the work completed in half the time they expected, which was already reasonable. The store is small, but is clean, well stocked with a wide selection, especially for its size. If they don't have the item you're looking for, they are willing to order it as long as one of their vendors carry it, and the pricing is quite competitive as well.

I love that they have unique one of a kind estate pieces as well as stunning designers like Mikimoto and Roberto Coin. Jj And Philip have always been great and so easy to work with. They are open during soda city so it's a great change to drop items off to them while the streets are busy. My Partner is a big fan of their Rolex demo collection. You still have to order from Rolex but it's a great way to be able to see how the pieces fit and move in real life. Definitely a strong recommend for this location, staff and the jewelry selection.

I was passing through COLUMBIA and saw the store and stopped by to have a back taken off of a watch…read morethat had a screw on back. I have the tools to open this at home in Florida, but I thought I would go in and shop and ask if they would just take the back off. The lady took the watch to the back and they refused to do so they wanted to replace the battery. This would've taken every bit of one minute to unscrew with the right tool, but the owner refused. He come out and started screaming at me after I told him I would be sure to review them. He made threats to me because I said that I would review his store. I would avoid the store at all cost. I was shocked. I was treated this way just for asking to have a back taken off of a watch, this guy has mental issues I believe.

The last time I was able to get it to run it sputtered and puffed out gray smoke. I received a timely call back from my message and Tommy was able to come pick up the lawnmower within two days .I had the mower back in less than a week and the invoice clearly stated what was done and the price for parts and labor and the extremely reasonable pick up/delivery charge of $35. I felt the total charge for the repair and servicing was very fair. When the lawnmower was brought back to me Tommy pulled the cord to start the mower and then let it shut off and had me pull the cord to start the mower. It ran like a dream and they had even cleaned it so it looked brand new. Over the weekend I was able to cut my front yard and the weeds almost look like grass. The mower was much easier to start than before and ran like a dream! Tommy's the only one I'm going to trust with my mower.
