Despite my appearance, they treated me like a VIP & were happy to help. One watch just needed a new battery, but the other required a delicate repair. The cost was far less than I expected & they had the work completed in half the time they expected, which was already reasonable. The store is small, but is clean, well stocked with a wide selection, especially for its size. If they don't have the item you're looking for, they are willing to order it as long as one of their vendors carry it, and the pricing is quite competitive as well.

My husband and I were greeted by the friendliest, most incredible employee, Donna, and she helped walk us through the best plan of action for my ring.
