This is not the place to come for your "main" shop for staples (though they do have the basics available), but rather is an amazing place to stop for treating yourself. Their rotisserie chicken seems much fresher and less processed than its big box competitors and offers two flavours - sundried tomato and lemon thyme. Both are delicious. Really I think the stand out here is their prepared meals. There is massive selection from a full roast beef dinner to spaghetti to tourtiere. I also love their house-made soups. They change flavours regularly, but i've yet to meet one that wasn't amazing. Try the Hilbilly Bean! Other things to try: frozen seafood bar, fresh sushi, and the plethora of desserts tempting you in the bakery section. Their produce is always fresh and highlights local product when available. I have purchased many salads from your store over the years, and this is the first time I have encountered this issue. Due to a busy schedule, I was unable to return to the store until the following weekend. I brought the original container with the store label, date, and remaining contents, but I no longer had the receipt. The manager advised that a refund or exchange was not possible because I had not contacted the store immediately after discovering the issue. I explained that I found the problem during the week and did not have time to make a special trip or call regarding a salad. While I understand the need for a return policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed that prepared food concerns must be reported immediately in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the handling of my concern. I hope management will consider making this policy more visible so customers understand the requirements if a problem arises.

I'm a traditionalist, so I nomrally just go with the old school grilled cheese but there are many other options to suit all tastes - including breakfast sandwiches. As well, all sandwiches are served with a side of apple coleslaw (my prefereence) keetle chips or tomato dill soup. I haven't tried it yet but how can you go wrong with pb and chocolate? They also have single truffle chocolates you can buy. The service wasn't great, as the man who works there isn't very friendly and he doesn't really offer help. But he was happy to ring in my purchase.
