When the tow came for me and my car the man was very kind and considerate, he had me pull up the directions on my phone to the mechanic so that I knew where we were the entire time. Then he stayed with me at the mechanic's shop until I finished talking to the mechanic and I told him that I was good on my own. He said to me, "Well lock your car doors until your ride gets here. It's a well lit area and the people here are kind so I'm not too worried but you can never be too careful." That kindness and consideration for my safety and my own mental well-being is very rare and made a very difficult night so much easier. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its workers.

Upon showing up, the service rep that assisted me, Mr. Andy P. was very attentive. He looked at the history of my car services and was able to determine what needed to be accomplished during this maintenance service. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I did end up staying and waiting for my car since I live about an hour away, and the waiting room inside is extremely comfortable. Tables and chairs were nice, I was able to work on my computer while I was waiting. The facilities are great, and all of the personnel I came in contact with, including Ms. Angelina C. were exceptional.!! Although this dealership is approximately one hour away from my home, it is absolutely worth the drive. The service is fantastic, they don't try to find needless "issues" with you car, don't overcharge for services....and I can't say enough about the representatives here! As a woman, it can be intimidating dealing with car repairs because there's always that worry of…read morebeing taken advantage of. That has never been the case with Top Tech. They have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I drive an import, and repairs can get very expensive. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I've been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. They always provide an estimate before starting work and stick to it. They never try to upsell me or take advantage. Their staff is polite, respectful, and professional. Because of their honesty, fair pricing, and quality repairs, I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Top Tech to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

But for any major repairs, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. The communication here was poor. Back in March, I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue. After their inspection, they told me the transmission needed to be replaced--an extremely expensive fix. It felt like I wasn't getting the full story and that they were more interested in replacing parts than truly diagnosing the problem. Thankfully, I sought out a transmission specialist for a second opinion. He diagnosed the issue correctly, repaired it at a much lower cost, and didn't require any money upfront. I've had my truck back for about four weeks now, and it's running perfectly. In fact, the transmission is now operating about 30 degrees cooler than before. Bottom line: Great for basic services, but be cautious when it comes to major repairs.

When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was bothered by the fact that I was dropping it off and once I told him I had already spoke to someone that was going to get the car in and do the repairs, he reluctantly took my keys. My wife calls to check the status 4 hours after drop off just trying to come up with a game plan as we were over 500 miles away with no other transportation. The gentleman the. Told her it would be close to closing or a little after, so I got there at closing and buddy that mechanic didn't even let me finish speaking before he started being a complete jerk. The family that took me to drop me off, went in with me and left just as floored as I was at the way they began speaking and treating us. The morning after picking the car up at 10pm the night before, I checked the pieces under the hood to find everything they touched had been broken that was brand new when I dropped it off. Was finally able to speak to someone after providing proof from a local to me repair shop that even stated the issues were a result of the damage. The establishment refunded me for the labor cost that we paid to have them screw our car up and then had the nerve to blame everything on the mileage of the vehicle and my rudeness was the cause for the issues we are having. I requested they pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle and they have ignored me since then! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They are a joke and will come up with every excuse to not be held responsible for their crappy work. I have pictures of everything and if I could post them here, I would! Beware and ask around before using them because I have already heard of two local people that I know of in the last little bit that have gotten their vehicle back messed up and they refuse to fix the issues they know they have done wrong. This place is a joke that preys upon honest people that need car repairs! Don't use them!! I understand everyone has things going on that can complicate their day or make for a long day but that is life and no excuse for poor service and work with no quality at all.
