His last job was remodeling a bathroom and I am thrilled with the results. He knows what he is doing and it shows.

Beau from CPR came over…read moreand picked up the rocking chair within a day or two and had beautifully repaired the chair within a few days. He checked over the chair and suggested that it was probably time to replace the other rocker as well, since it seemed to be in the same condition. His price for doing both rockers was very fair and reasonable! He brought the chair back to my house and the whole process only took about a week. I was so pleased with the attention to detail, the price and the graciousness of Beau at every step! Thank you, CPR. I will definitely use your services. the next time I need a household repair.

Not only did he damage the property with his caveman-like assessment techniques, his quote ended up being more than the house was worth! His quote for some routine work was... wait for it... $290,000! (no typo) I ended up getting everything fixed for $40,000. This conman probably didn't have the time or knowledge to do the job so he overpriced the quote big time so he could pocket the fee for the quote. I received multiple other quotes ranging from $35,000 - $90,000 from reputable contractors and they all couldn't believe when I showed them Dustbin's quote. When I brought this up to Dustin, he refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM DUSTIN WELLS!

KPP advertises as a general contractor now. They're not just a landscaping company anymore…read more https://kppservices.com/ However, I had them come over to start repair on pipe leak. The service person cut a hole in my ceiling to expose the leak. I was charged $400 for the hole cut (less than 30 minutes of work). I was then instructed to schedule a time to get the plumber over within the next few days. After 3 failed attempts to go through this company to schedule the plumber, I decided to go a different route. KPP was not interested in finishing the job. I called a real plumbing company to continue the job. They ended up having to cut a slightly larger hole but they actually fixed the leak and rebuilt a faulty toilet. That company charged me about $375 for 3hrs of work + parts. In summary, KPP charged me more to cut a hole in the ceiling than the real plumbing company charged me for the entire job. I do not recommend KPP.

I spoke with one of his competitors that came out to give my new neighbors a quote on an asphalt driveway and got this response... 1) I can't believe he is still in business, I have heard numerous complaints 2) He has a history of watering down his product 3) Your roads should look like the Las Vegas strip and last a minimum of 5 years if the company that resurfaces knows what they are doing 4) If I was your HOA I would sue him for taking your money for these roads. Nice huh!! In the pictures you can clearly see where watered down product was used, poor application and clearly didn't last a year let alone 5. Also found out he lied to my neighbor and board member on our HOA.
