She said I can have an appointment for tomorrow at 2:00pm; I came in at 2:00pm, and apparently, I was a "walk-in" on their chart(s) and had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get checked. I thought I had an appointment already set up, evidentially not. Apparently, you're the last resort when you come in as a "walk-in". They have a whole list of ten to fifteen people scheduled first before you, then the "walk-ins" come in after once the appointments are done. I understand where they are coming from, but it would have been nice to have been told that on the phone from the get-go, otherwise I would have just sent up an appointment. Luckily, the two people ahead of me never showed up to their "appointment" so I was lucky. I could have only imagined how long I would have waited if they did not show up... It's a shame, because I really liked their receptionist, but I think she needs more training... only saving grace for me not making it a one-star review was the gentleman who did the Fingerprints... He was thoughtful, kind, understanding, and to the point. My boss yelled at me today, and I almost got fired for an employee's negligence. I was supposed to come back to work at a reasonable time, and I did not end up going back to my job until 4:15, that is 45 minutes until I am supposed to clock out on my job. I mind as well never even have showed back up to work and called it a day. My boss was not pleased. I am NEVER doing that again and risking my job for an employee's ineptitude. I will come here again, sure, but I will make sure I come the first hour when they open or set up an "Appointment" first.
