After the appointment was finished we were told we owed several hundred dollars. We asked why that was and then told it was an out of network service. Come to find out the Smile Shoppe is most certainly in-network to our insurance but the dentist that performed the services is an out of network provider for our insurance. So please be very careful with this place. While we were there waiting I watched them inform two other families of large amounts that were unexpectedly due and I have a feeling they are doing this to anyone they can. That is a lack of integrity and very unprofessional. We will not be going back!!
